Becky has a multi-faceted role within our team, whereby amongst other responsibilities she nurtures the tenant/agent relationship, which so many estate agencies often neglect to do, so she very much cares about this front end interaction when she is showing rental properties, for she understands that today's renters are potentially tomorrow's property owners. With a track record in inventory production and also a career in management within the child care sector behind her, Becky is someone who innately understands people and the human condition, so she is a real asset to our team
Property manager with nearly 15 years experience within the property maintenance and management sector. Chris has worked in the highly demanding social housing sector for many years before joining WEST-The Property Consultancy in 2016. He is a calming influence in an industry that requires, patience, care and a deeply methodical approach. A cut above your standard managing agent, not least because he has pride in what he does.
Cuan is truly local, having lived his entire life (thus far) close to and within sight of The Ridgeway. 34 years in agency in the Wantage area, guiding clients through the property adventure, striving to smooth the way with energy, diplomacy, humour and care. Cuan has transacted countless property sales in the Downland villages around Wantage and further south across the Vale, so he has forgotten more about the market in this area than most agents know.

Gavin has had a high profile 35 year agency career, from international agency to the privilege of owning his own local business. He lives in Oxford, loves and understands it, educates his daughter here and believes it to be one of the most dynamic city's in the world in which to live.

Helen co-ordinates administration for the Lettings & Management team in both Oxford and Wantage and has always had a keen interest in the property industry, so combined with her previous varied legal experience, it makes her best placed to manage expectations and explain the processes in an ever changing legislative landscape. She cares deeply about ensuring that people are properly advised at every point of a transaction.
Julia's love of people, property and all things administrative, along with a keen eye for detail, means that she can keep a calm head on reliable and experienced shoulders to ensure that all the company's clients and team members are afforded the very best level of care. Her attention to detail and enthusiastic attitude are infectious and make clients and the team around her secure in the knowledge that things will get done without any fuss.
