The Society for the Protection of Human and Environmental Rights, shortened as "SPHER International" - was formerly Decency Limited. It is an international, non-governmental organization. SPHER International, Ltd. is headquartered in London. We are a private company limited by guarantee in England and Wales under registration number 08510651 since 2013. We are aiming to secure and uphold the rights outlined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and International Environmental Law. We are committed the fundamental principles of International Human Rights Law, International Humanitarian Law, and International Environmental Law... SPHER International is a self-governed, democratic, and financially autonomous organization. We are entirely independent of any government, political ideology, or economic interest. Moving forward, the organization plans to engage in fund-raising and grant-writing to establish its financial independence.
