We have a fully equipped and integrated Pilates studio where our Physiotherapists and Pilates Instructors work alongside each other to share ideas and progress clients to reach their full potential. We offer both matwork and machine (equipment) based Pilates in our studio..... We offer a wide variety of Pilates classes including: equipment based, matwork , neuro-rehab, gymball, ante and post-natal, sports specific and men only. All classes are tailored to your individual needs with a maximum of 4 participants... The fantastic space in the clinic has allowed the opportunity to create an integrated Pilates studio, allowing Physio 1 to 1 to offer equipment based Pilates programmes to compliment its rehabilitation services.
