Alexandra Tugade

ith a strong interest in personal and leadership development, Alexandra is committed to continuous improvement, both for herself and for the company. Alexandra has a background in computer aided design and drafting, as well as records and documents management. Through self employment, Alexandra has developed many skills-like attention to detail, and dedication to quality-which now aid her as 4Forward's bids and proposals coordinator. Alexandra takes great pride in her work. Alexandra graduated with distinction from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) with an Associate Certificate in Computer Aided Drafting and Design.

Dan Dolan - Managing Director

Before joining 4Forward Dan managed the Business Coaching Group at the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, where he was also a Team Performance Coach for MBA programs. Dan brings an upbeat, entertaining presentation style to every engagement, working with individuals and organizations as a catalyst for positive change. He promotes self-awareness in individuals, greater harmony within teams and more effective leadership. Fluently bilingual in English and French, Dan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.

David G. Luke - Founder, Managing Director

avid has more than 30 years' experience in instructional design, workplace learning, and organizational psychology. As Founder and Senior Consultant, David sets the pace for the curiosity, creativity and persistence that drives 4Forward's vision, mission and process. Throughout his career in adult learning and instructional design, David has designed training products for businesses, organizations and all levels of government across North America. He also has extensive consulting experience with both large and small organizations. Through his work with large private and public sector enterprises-including AT&T and Xerox-David has gained deep insight into organizational psychology, team dynamics, leadership and change management. He's supported organizations through many programs including process improvement, change management, leadership development, and skills training. David holds a BA in Psychology from Carleton University and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.

Erika Cuccaro

With 4Forward, Erika has developed and edited instructional content for a variety of clients, covering topics including leadership, organizational vision and values, developing and inspiring staff, building teams and culture, as well as speculative fiction. As well as instructional design, Erika works as a freelance writer. Since 2013, she has written web content, case studies, white papers and more for organizations of all sizes. Erika holds a BA in psychology from Carleton University, a BA in English from the University of Ottawa, and a certificate in Professional Writing (Marketing & Public Relations) from the University of Calgary. She actively builds upon her writing skills through ongoing training, including the Nielsen Norman Group's "Writing Digital Copy" training, which explores how to write online content according to User Experience principles so it's easy for readers to find and understand.

Michael Foley

Michael is 4Forward's creative visionary who's involved in every step of the creative design and technical components of online learning development. In 1997, Michael founded Pixelera Inc., now known as eLearnza. In 2013, he began partnering with 4Forward in online development projects. Michael has extensive experience in web design and user experience (UX). Leading the design and development team, Michael has contributed to over 400 projects. He's our resident expert in web accessibility and has considerable experience applying World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0, Level AA (WCAG 2AA) standards to websites and online learning projects. Michael provides guidance and shares insight for every project with online and/or eLearning components. He's involved in everything from planning, developing, implementing, integrating and testing online learning modules, websites, and applications according to your specifications. Michael holds a Diploma in Advertising from Loyalist College.

Sabrina Marchand

ased in British Columbia, Sabrina produces learning materials that are clear, compelling, and engaging. She excels at taking complex ideas and making them accessible. She has a knack for outlining learning objectives and proposing solutions to help learners optimize performance. For Sabrina, true satisfaction comes from finding creative solutions to solve a puzzle. Sabrina values different perspectives and thrives in an open and diverse environment. She is a self-described "extroverted gentle-soul"; her past experience and training has helped her grow to be a confident designer of learning materials. Sabrina holds a Master of Education degree from Mount Saint Vincent University, a BA from the University of British Columbia, and is currently pursuing a certificate in Instructional Design from Seneca College.
