Abdalla Ali Al-Baalawy - CEO, Founder

Abdalla Ali Al-Baalawy is AAA Law LLP's Founder and Managing Partner, providing legal services and mentorship to numerous communities. Abdalla obtained a B.A. at the University of Toronto focusing on Economics and International Development Studies. He then went on to obtain his law degree at the Law School of the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom. Upon his completion, Abdalla returned to Ontario, Canada where he got called to the bar. He has been a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Canada since 2018. Abdalla is also a member of the Canadian Association of Black Lawyers, and the Toronto Lawyers Association. His main areas of practice are: Litigation Corporate & Business Law Canadian Immigration Family Law Abdalla likes to define himself as a change maker. He has a deep commitment to community and civic engagement. He was previously a member of the student union at the University of Toronto where his passion for advocacy began. Abdalla is a firm believer in helping others achieve their potential, and follows the saying: "anything is possible, impossible is nothing, and if you can believe, you can achieve."

Sumayya Mohammed

Sumayya Mohammed is AAA Law LLP's Law Clerk, providing legal assistance to the firm and its clients. Sumayya graduated from George Brown College with a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Services. She has been a part of AAA Law LLP since 2019. Sumayya has a passion in working with the community, and she has been able to showcase her skills during her time in George Brown College. Sumayya has been involved within multiple community organizations since then. At AAA Law LLP, Sumayya assists the firm and clients in the following areas: Canadian Immigration Litigation Family Law Corporate & Business Law
