I had the best experience with Agility Van Lines. I had a short window to move my elderly parents during a very stressful time and Agility Van Lines provided excellent service. Everyone was professional and great to work with which helped ease my stress tremendously. John was quick to respond with a quote and very thorough in communicating the process, next steps. Denise was also very helpful and made sure that all went well. Billy and Max, the pick up, delivery team were professional, timely, and also communicated their arrival times. All items were wrapped, loaded, unloaded, and unwrapped with the utmost care and efficiency. Billy and Max went above and beyond which exceeded my expectations. It is rare to find a company that delivers on multiple levels and you can say that you will use them again.
