Estela joined Alpha Wireless in 2012. She has 20+ years' experience in Finance working across numerous market sectors. She previously worked as CoE Finance Analyst for Pfizer Ireland where she supported finance processes for their plant in Spain, as an Accountant with Cemex Tullamore and Financial Analyst with HP Ireland. She is a CIMA Qualified Accountant (2004) with a Business Diploma that included a 1-year placement with an Erasmus grant in Waterford Institute of Technology. Estela is passionate about having robust accounting processes and delivering on financial targets. In her spare time, Estela enjoys cooking and watching movies.

Fergal founded Alpha Wireless in 2007. He has 30 years' experience in the telecommunications industry, having started his career as an RF Technician in Irish Defence Forces, before spending 4 years with Argus Technologies in Australia as an antenna designer. He returned to Ireland in 2001 and worked for Sigma Wireless and PCTEL as an antenna designer before starting Alpha Wireless. He holds Bachelor and Master's degrees in Electronic Engineering from University of Limerick. He has extensive experience in base station antenna designs and is recognized as a leading innovator in the CBRS/3.5 GHz space. He holds a number of antenna related patents. Fergal's hobbies include sport and hiking.

Fiona joined Alpha Wireless in 2014. She has 15 years' experience working in Finance for companies such as Citigroup, Warner Bros and Lufthansa Airmotive. She is a qualified Accountant (FCCA) and holds a Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP) and a HR Qualification from CIPD. Fiona is passionate about building a strong company culture and making Alpha Wireless a great place to work. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, travelling, and spending time with her family.
James joined Alpha Wireless in 2018, with 20 years of experience working for Lucent Technologies, Alcatel and Nokia in various product quality and supplier quality manager roles. He holds a Bsc. (Hons) in Quality Management and Manufacturing Technology from the University of Paisley and a HND in Electronic Engineering. He is driven to ensure that everyone in Alpha Wireless places quality and customer satisfaction at the heart of everything they do.

Martin joined Alpha Wireless in 2008. He has previously worked as a Quality Engineer in the semiconductor industry working with Analog Devices and Philips Semiconductors UK, as a Product Engineer for Motorola in the radio division and later with mobile phones. He moved to the antenna industry with Sigma Wireless developing processes and in project management, before joining Alpha Wireless. He holds a degree in Electronic Production (University of Limerick), a Diploma in Business Studies (Dublin Business School) and a Postgrad Diploma in International Sales (Technological University Dublin/ Enterprise Ireland). Martin is interested in developing creative antenna solutions that minimise impact on the landscape while bringing wireless connectivity to more and more people. In his spare time, he enjoys tennis, home improvement projects and cooking with his family.

Michal joined Alpha Wireless in 2010 as Engineering Manager, having previously worked at Sigma Wireless as a Mechanical Engineer. Michal then held the role of COO role before moving back to Engineering as a VP. Michal holds a MSc in Mechanical Engineering. Michal is interested in finding simple solutions for complex problems, staying at the forefront of technology and bringing that know-how to Alpha Wireless' customers. In his spare time, Michal enjoys motorcycle travelling and mountaineering.

Michelle joined Alpha Wireless in 2014. She has over 30 years sales experience, a wealth of commercial knowledge and a passion for business growth coupled with superior customer service. Michelle's qualifications include Sales and Marketing Management (Cornell University), Sales Management (Southampton City College), Interior Design (Southampton City College) and a diploma in AutoCAD 2D. She is committed to delivering world-class products and service to Alpha Wireless customers. There's no hiding Michelle's love of horses, and in her spare time she is a keen horsewoman who particularly enjoys eventing and cross country.

Philip joined Alpha Wireless in 2020. He has over 30 years' experience running hardware and software engineering business units, as well as significant commercial knowledge and experience working directly with many tier 1 operators worldwide. He was a Managing Director with Accenture responsible for managing all sales of Accenture's Digital Video business in North America. Despite living permanently in the USA since 2013, Philip maintains a passion for Irish Gaelic games, playing football and hurling with the Orlando GAA club, while keeping a close eye on Dublin's senior football team.
Seán joined Alpha Wireless in 2016, with 25+ years' experience working in Operations and Manufacturing in Ireland, Europe, Asia and the USA. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Limerick. His experience includes working in Acoustics (Bose Corp USA), Medical Devices, Consumer Goods and Telecoms. At Alpha Wireless Seán is responsible for all outsourcing operational activities in Europe, the USA and Asia. He enjoys bringing the antenna solutions developed by Alpha Wireless to reality and delivering the end product to a wide range of customers worldwide. Seán enjoys most sports but particularly GAA, Rugby and Badminton.

Stephen joined Alpha Wireless in 2010, having previously worked as an electrician on commercial/industrial projects and as a lighting technician on film sets. He was appointed Production Manager in 2016 and was promoted to Head of PMO in 2021, before being promoted to COO. He holds a diploma in Business and leadership management from CMI Ireland and qualified as an Electrical Technician (NFQ Level 6) at DIT. Stephen is passionate about collaboration, problem solving and innovation. In this spare time, he enjoys cycling and music.

Tara joined Alpha Wireless in 2021 as Marketing Executive, before being appointed to her current role as Marketing Director in 2022. She holds a BA in English and an MA in Modern and Contemporary Literature from University College Dublin, as well as a Higher Diploma in Digital Marketing from South East Technological University. Tara is interested in the simultaneously strategic and creative nature of Marketing, and in finding the best way to tell the story of Alpha Wireless' innovative products and solutions. In her spare time, she enjoys taking ballet classes, reading classic crime novels and crafting.

Tim joined Alpha Wireless in 2017. He has 25+ years of RF systems experience and 34 issued US Patents in Wireless Systems. His experience includes working for 7 years in the aerospace industry on special military-based projects, before entering the Telecomm world and spending 18 years on mobile wireless for Sprint CDMA, EVDO, and LTE networks, as well as 2 years on one of the first high speed broadband Fixed Wireless Access start-up ventures. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from University of Missouri (Cum Laude). Tim finds it gratifying to be able to work closely with Alpha Wireless' diverse customers to understand their challenges while helping them to apply existing or new antenna technologies that meet their requirements, and by utilising his many years of RF knowledge, showing customers how to resolve issues without deploying costly solutions. Tim is a motor sports junkie with an affinity for automobile drag racing as well as road racing.
