He has expertise in the areas of Programme Management, Monitoring, and Evaluation, and Operational and Policy Research with a particular interest in the areas of community development, system strengthening, and advocacy. He is a management specialist for UNICEF long-term contracts for organizing Joint Sector Reviews for Water and Sanitation in Pakistan and enabling environment. Besides, he is a Programme Management Consultant for the British Asian Trust's work related to women's economic empowerment and entrepreneurship initiatives in Pakistan with a particular focus on creating opportunities for equal access and participation of disadvantaged groups including girls and women. He is the architect of the Clean Green Pakistan Index and Clean Green Champion Program of Government of Pakistan. He had worked on many assignments funded by key donors like UKAID, the World Bank, UNDP, UNOPS, etc. He has been a lead consultant to the Government of Pakistan in preparing different reports. He was a key member of the technical committee who peer-reviewed Punjab Economic Report 2017. He has been part of the technical committee that reviewed the questionnaire of Pakistan Social Living Standards Measurement Survey to track the progress of SDGs in Pakistan. He has played a key role in the localization of SGDs concerning WASH.
