B Auto Parts was established in 1953 by Steve Barzoff as a small scrap and tow yard in Illinois, across from downtown St. Louis. It was operated as such until 1976 when his son, Charlie, took the helm... In 1996, B Auto Parts expanded and modernized further. The new facility would include new office spaces, six dismantling bays, and offer 35,000 square feet of warehouse space. This enabled the business to run a more efficient office and dismantling program... In the late 1990's, the father-son team again recognized a need in the automotive repair industry. B Auto Parts began adding popular European and Asian brands to its inventory.
