Meet Bette Butler, our dedicated property manager and accounting expert! After graduating from Florida State University, Bette spent time educating young minds in the classroom before co-owning a title insurance company where she gained valuable experience in handling real estate transactions, conducting closings, and meticulously preparing all the necessary paperwork. With a knack for numbers, Bette seamlessly transitioned into an accounting position with Destin Memories before adopting her role as a property manager for Beach Blue! Driven by her deep care for people, Bette finds joy in guiding guests towards their dream vacation by truly listening to their vision and desires. We are thrilled to have Bette as an integral part of our team and appreciate her passion, personal touch, and property management expertise!
Carla is co-owner and broker of Beach Blue Properties. She is originally from Hattiesburg, Mississippi. With a bachelor's degree in psychology and many years of experience in real estate sales and investment, she is right at home managing vacation rental properties. She oversees property listings, accounting, advertising, and makes sure everyone gets paid right on time. As the broker of Beach Blue Real Estate, Carla is there to facilitate real estate transactions and assist clients in finding a dream home at the beach. Even though life at Beach Blue is extremely busy, Carla finds time to spend with her husband, three children, and two dogs… and still sneak off to the beach now and then.

David is the liaison for property owners and Beach Blue staff. His focus is property management, real estate sales, and business development. Originally from Madison, Mississippi, David earned a BS degree in Communications from Mississippi College, with a minor in accounting. With years of corporate and real estate experience, David joined Beach Blue in December, 2017. As a senior property manager, David helps ensure that properties are maintained properly and property owners' needs are addressed. As a real estate agent, he helps clients find their dream spot at the beach or expand their current portfolios. For property owners seeking a management company, David is especially skilled in identifying a prospective owner's management needs, and welcoming them into the Beach Blue family. When not working, you can find David by the beach or spending time with friends and family.

Denise Losey is a licensed real estate agent specializing in "boutique style" property management. With over 15 years of experience, Denise focuses on individualized customer service and proactivity in property maintenance in an effort to maximize owner revenue. Denise has owned properties on both the beachside and bayside of Sandestin Resort and possesses intimate working knowledge of the resorts many neighborhoods and amenities. She currently resides within Sandestin with her husband and in her spare time enjoys dining out or simply relaxing on one of our beautiful beaches.
As our Office Manager, Doshia is your trusted guide to the Emerald Coast! With over a decade of real estate experience, she offers a wealth of knowledge and ensures a seamless and enjoyable journey in property management and guest rentals. Doshia's diverse background, from entrepreneurship in Atlanta to a successful 23-year career as a real estate agent, sales advisor, and commercial property manager, equips her with a broad skill set and profound insights into property management. Beyond her professional expertise, Doshia is a dedicated mother to two girls and an active participant in her local garden club. In her free time, you can find Doshia biking along the coast or enjoying one of our beautiful Emerald Coast sunsets!
Elise is our guest reservations guru. She joined the Beach Blue team in 2011 and really knows her stuff! Elise assists our guests in finding the perfect vacation spot - a cozy studio, a golf course villa, a luxury gulf front beach house, or anything in between. With 24 years of business and customer service experience, Elise brings extensive knowledge, expertise, and enthusiasm to the Beach Blue staff. Elise is originally from Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and earned a marketing degree from Mississippi State University. She and her husband, Jeremy, have seven children combined and a Yorkie (Tucker) to complete their busy family! When she is not working, you may likely find Elise wearing maroon and white, cheering on her Mississippi State Bulldogs.

He is a dedicated problem solver and a perpetual learner, always willing to go the extra mile to find the answers you need. Meet Neal, an Emerald Coast native with a passion for people and a wealth of experience! Over the past 12 years, Neal has dedicated his expertise to various facets of the vacation rental industry and even ventured into the national vacation rental market, spending two years in Denver with a promising start-up as it made its mark on the industry. Neals dedication, extensive knowledge, and personable nature make him an asset to our property management team and helps ensure exceptional experiences for both property owners and guests alike. Aside from his professional pursuits, Neal enjoys traveling, cooking, spending time with family, and playing the piano- a past time he has enjoyed since the age of four!
Ralph is co-owner of Beach Blue Properties, and is the guy who keeps all the balls in the air. He is originally from Hattiesburg, Mississippi. With a background in people management and investment, he is best at communicating with staff members and strategizing the "big picture". Although Ralph is educated in accounting and has extensive experience in business management, it is unlikely you will ever find him sitting behind a desk. He is the proverbial extrovert - if you have met him, you like him.
