Alexandra Uffer joined the employment team in 2021 as an associate. She advices and represents clients primarily in all matters relating to employment law. Anaëlle Crettex works as a Junior Associate in our Geneva office. Throughout her studies at the Universities of Geneva and Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, she developed a particular interest for employment and criminal law, as well as in issues related to private international law. In parallel, she served as Research and Teaching Assistant for the Department of Public Law in Geneva with the task of participating in the redaction of a reference work in social security law. After obtaining her Master of Laws and a Certificate in Transnational Law, both awarded with prizes, Anaëlle has completed an internship at the labor court of Geneva.
Andreas Suter advises national and international companies in corporate legal matters, in mergers & acquisitions and corporate governance. Cyrill Süess is an accomplished dispute resolution expert in civil and commercial matters representing international and domestic clients in state courts and arbitration. He worked for several years at different courts and law firms in London and Germany. Cyrill Süess' profound knowledge of civil procedural law and his experience with contractual and non-contractual conflicts complement the pragmatic advice he offers. Elodie Le Guen represents both companies and individuals in all proceedings relating to employment, immigration and social security issues. As a Certified Specialist SBA in Labour law, she litigates in cases involving all matters related to the employment relationship, including unfair or immediate dismissals, gender discrimination, post-contractual competition and related criminal aspects. Luca Ruggiero studied law at the Universities of Lausanne, Zurich and UC Davis in California.
