The Blanche Kahn Family Family Health Center is a Health Center Program subgrantee under federal law (42 U.S.C. 254b), and it and most of its providers are deemed Public Health Service employees under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). We are covered under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) for actions within the scope of deemed employment, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n)... We are located in the Midwood section of Brooklyn, NY, offering outstanding treatment to all individuals. Our physicians and nurses are experienced in providing a superior level of medical care respecting the dignity of every person and treating each one with patience, warmth, sensitivity and understanding.
