Blossom Market Hall is an incubator for food start-ups. The founders have always envisioned it to be a place where chefs and small food businesses could test their concepts. Instead of leasing to established chains and proven concepts which are the most stable and reliable tenants, they chose to give a chance to small and new operators taking on higher risk alongside them. The restaurant industry inherently has a high failure rate and sadly most start-up restaurants do not make it. In today's world, simply having delicious food isn't always a guarantee of success. However, the founders felt it was important for the community to have a place where small food businesses could launch... Yes, absolutely! We love to see families at Blossom. We provide high chairs, a children's toilet located in the women's restroom, and some vendors offer kid's menu items. Minors are just not currently allowed to sit in the bar area due to local liquor laws, though we hope that rule changes soon!... Newly..
