CHARLES FORTNER

Since 2005, Charles has served as a wireless consultant/project manager to several Hawaii cellular and broadband internet companies to build wireless sites. In 2007 he obtained his Real Estate license to support the wireless duties and in 2010 earned certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP)... Charles has endeavored on several volunteer projects including starting a movement to bring a library to his hometown, served as board member to the start-up charter school, member on the State of Hawaii committee to privatize public services, member of the City and County of Honolulu Budgetary Task Force, is the Past President of the Bishop Museum Association Council, Past President of the Rotary Club of Kahala Sunrise, and Assistant Governor for Rotary District 5000. He has taken several Dale Carnegie courses including The Dale Carnegie Training Course, Leadership for Managers and High Impact Presentations.
