The idea of Coach's Neighborhood Grill all began while on a family vacation in Pigeon Forge, TN. William and Stacey were having dinner one night at a national fast causal burger franchise restaurant. While eating a burger (that was just okay), they thought, ‘Why not create a restaurant in small communities that provide the locals a place to call their own, and serve the best affordable burgers in town!'...
