The Capital Region Builders & Remodelers Association (CRBRA) was formed in 2003 when the Albany and Schenectady associations merged. CRBRA is the local association in the three-tiered builder family together with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)and New York State Builders Association (NYSBA)... CRBRA is part of the three-tiered builder family along with the New York State Builders Association (NYSBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), offering benefits at each level... ​Originally headquartered in Rotterdam and then Latham, CRBRA made a permanent move to Clifton Park with the purchase of the building at 10 Old Plank Road in March 2018.
