Alan has over 40 years' experience in the property industry working with high profile developers. With over 10 years as a Construction Manager, Alan is responsible for overseeing the team of Site Managers at Craighouse, working with them to produce and adhere to build programmes while liaising with suppliers and contractors to maintain relationships and ensure smooth day to day running of the site.
Allan is responsible for the construction of the company's residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. Producing and following technical build programmes, the Site Managers work with contractors to progress each building from concept to completions. With a broad mix of backgrounds, each Site Manager brings a host of experience to each project. Allan has worked in construction for over 40 years and is currently overseeing the construction of Burton, a new build residential block at Craighouse.
Bob has over 40 years' experience in construction and now works alongside the Site Managers responsible for the construction of the company's residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. Producing and following technical build programmes, the Site Managers work with contractors to progress each building from concept to completions. With a broad mix of backgrounds, each Site Manager brings a host of experience to each project. Bob is currently overseeing the refurbishment of New Craig, a Grade A listed residential block at Craighouse.
In his role as Management Accountant, Colin is responsible for the company's financial transactions and reporting. Throughout his time with Qmile Group, Colin has ensured the transparent and straightforward operation of the finance department.
With over 15 years' project management experience, Daniel has worked in his role as Project Manager for Qmile Group since 2015. He has managed both commercial and residential projects at Quartermile and Craighouse, overseeing the construction team and managing build programmes as each site is progressed to completion.
David is responsible for the construction of the company's residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. Producing and following technical build programmes, the Site Managers work with contractors to progress each building from concept to completions. With a broad mix of backgrounds, each Site Manager brings a host of experience to each project. Bringing over 35 years of construction experience, David is currently overseeing the refurbishment of the Grade A listed residential conversion buildings at Craighouse.

Fiona ensures the smooth day to day running of the office as well as the Directors' requirements and diaries. Fiona is a very familiar face within the Group having been with the company for over 15 years.

Graham has over 20 years' experience in the construction sector, including 13 years at Qmile Group. Graham previously held roles at an international construction consultancy.
In his current role Graham is responsible for the project management, commercial and construction teams. This includes actively seeking new development opportunities. Graham's skilled management has allowed the team to deliver on diverse projects including residential, commercial and retail schemes.

With over 30 years' experience in surveying with high profile developers, Hector is responsible for procurement and project management of the company's residential properties. Hector's role includes liaising with architects and suppliers to ensure that the two are on time and within budget.

Jan has over 25 years property sector experience, including 6 years at Qmile Group. Prior to joining the company, Jan held senior positions at national house builders and estate agents.
In Jan's current role as Sales and Marketing Director at Qmile Group, she is responsible for the sales management, marketing and customer service teams. Jan creates engaging strategies to drive sales and her skilled management has successfully led International and UK marketing campaigns achieving unprecedented sales growth year on year.
Jim joined Qmile Group in 2011 and has over 40 years' experience in the property industry. Jim is responsible for leading and managing the commercial team to ensure projects are on time and in budget. Jim's role includes negotiating contracts and sourcing materials with associated companies.

Katy has worked with Qmile Group for over 10 years and is responsible for coordinating and implementing the company's promotional campaigns while leading the sales team, driving sales and meeting targets

Since arriving at Qmile Group in 2017, Michelle has worked alongside the Commercial Manager to drive value and progress projects. Having spent over 10 years as a surveyor, Michelle liaises with contractors and suppliers to develop relationships and secure the best suppliers and materials for the company.

Mike is a chartered certified accountant having qualified with Scott Moncrieff CA in 1999. He has spent the last 17 years in residential and commercial property development and has been the Finance Director at Qmile Group since 2007.
Mike worked alongside Paul on the successful acquisition of the Quartermile Development by Moorfield and its subsequent refinancing in 2013. In May 2018 Mike, and Paul, completed a management buyout of Qmile Group from Moorfield.

Neil qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983 in the London office of KPMG and subsequently worked in the housebuilding and construction sectors for over 25 years; firstly in finance roles and then in general management. He was Finance Director of Redrow Plc from 1998 and became CEO in 2005. His last role from June 2010 was as CEO of Avant Homes, a privately owned housebuilder trading across Central Scotland and the North and Midlands in England. It also owned the prestigious Quartermile development in Edinburgh. Avant was sold to private equity funds in 2014 when Neil retired from his executive role.
Neil is a non executive director of the Home Builders Federation which is the trade body for homebuilders in England and Wales. He also is Chairman of the Greater Manchester Combined Authority Gateway Panel for its £300m Housing Fund devolved from the Homes and Communities Agency to support residential development in the 10 member local authorities and is a Senior Adviser for the Housing Growth Partnership which is a £100m fund jointly administered by Lloyds Banking Group and the Homes and Communities Agency to invest equity into SME housebuilders. In 2017 Neil became a non executive director of Oregon Timber Systems, which is a privately owned business based in Selkirk delivering timber frames to the homebuilders. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and his most recent appointment is as Chairman of Qmile Group.
Since joining Qmile Group in 2008, Nicola's role is to oversee payments to and from the company, assist in the annual auditing process, payroll and the day to day operations for the finance department.
Paul is a chartered surveyor with over 20 years' experience in both the public and private sector and has been involved in a number of high-profile developments throughout the UK.
Paul led the MBO in 2018 to acquire the full share of capital from the previous Qmile Group shareholders which has allowed the group to progress with its ambitious plans for the future.
In addition, he was responsible for the £82m funding deal with M&G Real Estate for the speculative development of Quartermile 3 and 4, which is one of the largest forward funding deals achieved in Scotland.
Paul was Chair of the Scottish Property Federation between November 2016 and November 2017.
Robin has over 20 years' experience within the property industry and joined Qmile Group in 2018 on a consultancy basis, offering advice on the BTR sector. As the company continues to expand their operation, Robin's valuable input and support will continue to help the business evolve in the ever-changing property market.
Having worked in construction for 15 years, Sean works alongside the other Site Managers in being responsible for the construction of the company's residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. Producing and following technical build programmes, the Site Managers work with contractors to progress each building from concept to completions. With a broad mix of backgrounds, each Site Manager brings a host of experience to each project. Sean is currently overseeing the refurbishment of Bevan, a historic residential block at Craighouse.
Tracey has been responsible for offering a residential after sales service since 2017 having previously worked in customer focussed roles for over 10 years. Tracey provides a high level of customer service to ensure that residents are happy in their new homes.
