Adam Goss joined Dart Bank in 2015 and works in the Frandor Office. His primary duties include business lending and establishing and enhancing relationships with local community members, partners, and businesses. Adam has over 12 years of banking experience, most of that time spent in community banking.
Adam Goss received his Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Albion, where he played baseball and football. This May, he will also graduate from the Graduate School of Banking- Wisconsin and has graduated from the Robert M Perry School of Banking. Adam enjoys spending spare time with his wife and three chil dren.
Amy Sheppard came to Dart Bank in 2015 and has 14 years of experience in the banking/lending industry. She grew up in the small farming community of Stockbridge, MI. Subsequently, it was in her local community and through her ‘banking genes' that she discovered her love for lending.
The official journey in community banking began in 2002. Amy soon realized that she enjoyed helping others get their new home. Even then, Amy Sheppard recognized the need for a knowledgeable advocate for homeowners and homebuyers.
At Dart Bank, Amy actively utilizes nearly every tool and product available in the mortgage industry. She specializes in finding the best solution for every client's individual needs. Caitlin Berlin joined Dart Bank in 2022 as a Specialty Banking Relationship Manager. She brings with her over eight years of banking experience. Caitlin, a Certified Cannabis Professional, dedicates herself to serving our Specialty Banking customers.
In her free time, Caitlin Berlin serves as Treasurer for her daughters' school PTO foundation, coaches Youth Cheer, and is an avid reader. She has four daughters who motivate and drive her to accomplish her goals. They enjoy spending time together camping, riding quads, and exploring the trails and nature of Michigan!

Dan Goethals joined Dart Bank in July of 2022, bringing over 15 years of financial experience in the Banking Industry. He started at JP Morgan Chase Bank in 2008 as a Small Business Specialist, then moved to Private Client Banker.
Dan Goethals is an active member of the community and an Ambassador for Traverse Connect. Dan stays busy with his five children, deeply involved in their sports activities at Kingsley Area Schools, his alma mater. He is an Assistant Football Coach at Kingsley High School and works with their football program on their Strength and Conditioning.

Dan Kreft joined Dart Bank in March of 2021, bringing 15 years of Community Banking experience. Dan began his career with a community bank in the Lansing area. Holding positions first in retail, mortgage lending, & consumer lending, he later transitioned to Commercial Lending.
His duties include business lending and establishing relationships that benefit the customer's needs.
Dan Kreft earned his bachelor's degree from Michigan State University in 1992. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his three children, biking, skiing, or sailing. He has been with the Ronald McDonald House of Mid-Michigan as a Board Member for over ten years.
Dan Moralez has been lending since 1991 when he started his career at Ottawa Savings Bank. He continued his career as a Mortgage Loan Officer with FMB-First Michigan Bank, Republic Bank, First Place Bank, Northpointe Bank, and now as the Regional Vice President for Dart Bank. Dan manages the Holland and Grand Rapids loan production offices for Dart Bank. Previously, he oversaw offices for most of the State of Michigan for First Place Bank, where he served as a Sr. Vice President.
Additionally, Dan Moralez is recognized as one of the top-producing Loan Officers in the country by Mortgage Originator Magazine, The Scotsman Guide, Origination News, and Mortgage Executive Magazine. Moreover, Dan's insights are showcased across many media outlets, cementing his reputation as a respected author and speaker in the industry. One of a handful of loan officers in the country with over $1 billion in personal loan production, Dan takes great pride in educating his clients. He hosts the Homebuyer Radio Podcast, which educates buyers about the home loan process.
Dan Moralez is a self-professed, tech-loving nerd. Whether it is building a website or shooting video or audio production, Dan loves anything to do with technology. Born and raised in Holland, Michigan, he is a lifelong native of West Michigan. Dan also enjoys spending time with family in Florida. He is the proud father of five wonderful children.
David Kuiper started in mortgage banking in 1990. He graduated from Hope College in 1988, majoring in pre-med biology and business administration. Additionally, he holds an MBA in finance from Grand Valley State University and is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, the highest designation available in the mortgage industry. Publications such as Mortgage Originator Magazine, Scotsman Guide, Origination News, and Mortgage Executive Magazine have rated David Kuiper as one of the top mortgage loan officers. While in a small Midwest market, he has closed over 7000 loans, totaling over $1.25 billion throughout his career. Moreover, David is a nationally recognized author, speaker, and trainer in the mortgage industry. Likewise, David writes regularly for several industry publications and is on the teaching faculty for Mortgage Market Guide and Loan Toolbox.
Even with a packed schedule, he consistently finds time to engage in activities he loves. Further, outside of work, David Kuiper enjoys traveling, collecting seashells, scuba diving, perennial gardening, and working on various art projects. David resides in West Michigan with his wife Michelle, five children, two sons-in-law, three granddaughters, one grandson, two cats, and two dogs.

Devin Lavengood has been with Dart Bank since 2006 and brings almost 25 years of banking/lending experience. Before Dart Bank, Devin's career began with a community bank in West Michigan. Devin has held positions in retail banking, loan operations, and consumer and residential lending before transitioning into commercial and agricultural lending.
Devin Lavengood is a graduate of Alma College, Central Michigan's Robert M. Perry School of Banking, where he earned the Outstanding Student Award, the Kansas and Nebraska's School of Agricultural Lending and Advanced Agricultural Lending, and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. Devin is a member and past President of the Grand Ledge Rotary.
Outside of Dart Bank, Devin enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Jamie Davis has over two decades of experience in commercial banking, navigating various roles from commercial credit to portfolio management, lending, and credit administration. Since 2016, Jamie at Dart Bank has excelled in commercial lending, fostering valuable client connections since 2021. His academic journey led them through Grand Valley State University, earning dual degrees in Economics and Business Administration with a Finance concentration.
Moreover, Jamie Davis has woven a rich tapestry of community involvement. From orchestrating the Lansing Symphony Association's annual spring flower sale to coordinating Meals on Wheels routes, volunteering has been a cornerstone of his life. Recognized as Volunteer of the Year by both the LSO and Dart Bank, Jamie's commitment to service runs deep.
Additionally, after returning to West Michigan, Jamie and his spouse were thrilled to reconnect with vibrant communities. Rooted in Rockford, he's eager to engage. Cherishing college memories in Grand Rapids, they craft new chapters with their Boxer, Piper, in their beloved hometown. Jamie poises to embrace the journey ahead, weaving professional expertise with a passion for community enrichment.

Jeff Hicks joined Dart Bank in March 2020, and guides our commercial banking division with over three decades of banking experience. Over the years, he's worked with multiple national-reaching financial institutions, helping businesses and individuals navigate their financial journeys.
A graduate of Alma College with a degree in Business Administration, Jeff went on to earn his MBA from Michigan State University. He's also an alumnus of the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking, where he completed the Wharton Leadership Program at the University of Pennsylvania.
Beyond banking, Jeff Hicks is passionate about leadership development and enjoys working closely with small business owners to support planning and help them succeed. He's been actively involved with several organizations and non-profits in the Greater Lansing area, including the Entrepreneur Institute of Mid-Michigan, the Clinton Task Force on Employment, and the Whitehills School Association.

Judith Robbins is a seasoned mortgage banker with 27 years of experience in commercial lending. She embarked on her banking journey after receiving credit training at Fifth Third, formerly known as Old Kent Bank. Despite a brief hiatus from banking, during which she excelled as a Senior Manager in Loan Review/Risk Management at Crowe and Plante Moran and was a VP-Commercial Lending-Department Head, Judith's passion for finance remained unwavering.
Joining Dart Bank in November 2022, Judith Robbins swiftly made her mark, earning recognition as a top performer for Dart Bank. With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University, with a focus in Finance, Judith brings both academic prowess and practical expertise to her role.
Judith Robbins engages in organizations like Inforum, Grand Rapids Chamber, and the Exit Planning Institute, showcasing community dedication. Judith excels in crafting tailored financial solutions and delivering outstanding customer service, thriving in exploring new industry sectors.

Kassie Rhodes joined the Dart Bank team in 2015. She is a Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager responsible for generating and servicing business relationships. Kassie has over 22 years of commercial banking experience, including lending in small business, commercial and Industrial, commercial real estate, and the non-profit sector. She has participated in financing affordable and low-income housing projects.
Kassie Rhodes is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance. She is active in the community and holds positions on various local boards and committees. In her spare time, she likes golfing and spending time with her family up north.

Kim Harless started with Dart Bank in 2005 as the Office Manager of the Holt/S Lansing office. Kim came to Dart Bank with 20 years of banking experience in consumer lending and business services. She loves working with the communities she serves and giving back to them. She received the 2008 Outstanding Community Member Award from the Holt Education Foundation.
Kim enjoys being part of the Kiwanis Club, Holt Education Foundation Board, and Holt Dimondale Business Alliance and serves as the Delhi Township Old News Boys coordinator.
Kim Harless received her Associate in Business Administration at Muskegon Business College, graduated from the Robert M Perry School Of Banking, and received numerous certificates through the American Bankers Association in the last 25 years of her banking career.

Leia Cooper-Rigg joined the Dart Bank family in 2015, spending seven years on our Human Resources team. Leia's passion for service and relationship-building led to the Treasury Management role in 2021. Moreover, her excitement for getting to know people, learning about their business, and how to create unique solutions to meet their needs.
Leia Cooper-Rigg has served as Chair and Vice Chair of the Human Resources Committee and the Rising Leaders Committee with the Michigan Bankers Association. She is a past recipient of the Rising Leaders scholarship as a Michigan Bankers Association delegate to the American Bankers Association. Moreover, she spent time in Washington, DC, speaking with lawmakers on behalf of the banking industry. Leia is a member of the Perry School of Banking class of 2023, serving as Class President. Additionally, Leia serves in an advisory role to the Lansing Community College Management program and Wilson Talent Center Business program. She also serves the community through involvement with the Junior League of Lansing.
Leia's three daughters are her pride and joy. They enjoy spending time together on the ski slopes, riding dirt bikes and quads, and exploring the beaches of Michigan!

Monica Michael joined Dart Bank in 2022 and brings over 20 years of commercial banking experience. She started in 2001 at a community bank, then spent 11 years at a credit union. She has held various positions related to commercial banking including commercial lender, credit analyst, and loan documentation and compliance specialist. Monica enjoys building lasting relationships while providing customers with financial solutions to meet their needs.
Outside of the bank, Monica Michael enjoys spending time with her husband and children, including taking vacations up north and to the Florida Gulf Coast. Monica is a Rotarian and enjoys volunteering in the community. Monica completed the CUES School of Business Lending & Advanced School of Business Lending.

Phillip Weiss earned his bachelor's degree from Eastern Michigan University in 1990. He enjoys spending time with his family in the gym and on his bike, walking his two Golden Retrievers, and playing bass guitar in a rock and roll band. He has served on many local boards and was a Rotarian for 12 years.

Ross Sloan, Dart Bank SVP/Specialty Banking Officer, holds a B.A. in History from Davidson College. Sloan's 38-year banking career has included roles in retail banking, business banking, commercial banking, and middle market banking. In his current role, he works with others at Dart Bank to serve cannabis and hemp-related businesses throughout the U.S. Sloan does volunteer work serving as a member of the Hemp Committee for the National Cannabis Industry Association, as a board member of the Rotary Club of Asheville and as a board member of the Montreat Conference Center of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).
Ross Sloan and his wife, Martha, live in Asheville, NC, with their brown dog, Scout. They have two adult children: a daughter in Pittsburgh and a son in Asheville.
