Eric Dobberstein has served as arbitrator and/or mediator in over 400 cases involving construction, personal injury, commercial and real property disputes. He started practicing law in 1989 and has received numerous accolades for his outstanding work as a trial lawyer. In fact, Eric's general trial practice has been quite impressive. Eric has appeared in over 850 lawsuits consisting of construction, personal injury, commercial business issues, and domestic relations matters; he has served as legal counsel on construction projects ranging from $5,000 to $9.2 billion dollars. Some of these projects have included the construction for the Clark County School District, City of Henderson recreational center, MGM City Center, Station Casinos, Fontainebleau, Planet Hollywood, and numerous commercial private business centers, including auto malls, pools and residential, commercial, and industrial construction disputes. Quoc Thai is a native of Houston, Texas, having migrated from Vietnam at a young age. He speaks fluent English and Vietnamese. Quoc graduated from the University of Houston with collegiate honor distinction, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science. Quoc graduated from the University of Houston with collegiate honor distinction, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science. Quoc continued his academic career with a Master of Arts in Philosophy at the University of Houston. Before his law career, Quoc worked as a sports journalist, covering the Houston Rockets, and as a college professor, teaching Philosophy at Houston Community College and Lone Star College in Houston, TX. Quoc then accepted a full-ride scholarship to attend UNLV Boyd School of Law. During law school, Quoc held various leadership positions at APALSA (Asian and Pacific American Law Student Association) and ILSA (International Law Student Association). He also externed for Justice Abbi Silver of the Nevada Supreme Court and Judge Thomas Stockard of Nevada Tenth Judicial District Court.
