Andy Mills

Andy focuses on helping his clients find solutions to their real estate needs and create strategies as it relates to leasing, site selection, and the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties. He views his role as an advisor who helps guide his clients in understanding the market to effectively achieve their real estate goals. In 2015 he received his Broker's license and relaunched Elford Realty with Michael Fitzpatrick as a third-party commercial brokerage to provide a different level of service to both tenants and owners that was more flexible than other brokerages. The goal of Elford Realty is to help their clients create proactive strategies related to their real estate. Andy started his career in 2005 with Continental Realty, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Partner, where he was a Senior Vice President and Director of their Investment Services Group. He is a graduate of the C&W Emerging Broker Training Program. Prior to being in real estate, Andy spent 3 years as a research associate traveling the world working for a department of defense contractor in Dayton, OH studying high-stakes decision making in life and death situations. Andy has been recognized as the Columbus Business First 40 under 40 recipient, The Business Journals 2019 Top 100 National Influences in Commercial Real Estate, Columbus Board of Realtors 10 under 40, Top 10 Commercial Producer (Columbus Realtors), Largest Retail Sale Transaction (Columbus Realtors), Most Unique Transaction (Columbus Realtors) and Rookie of the Year (Columbus Realtors). Additionally, Andy has received both his SIOR & CCIM designations. He is actively involved in leadership roles in the community that include Nationwide Children's Hospital Ambassador's Council (Co-Chair) & Development Board (Member & Past President), Rotary International (Member & Past President Tri-Village Rotary), Columbus Realtors Board of Directors (Member & Past President), Ohio Realtors (Vice Chair Legislative Steering & BOD Director), National Association of Realtors (BOD Member) and the Ohio CCIM Chapter (Member & Past President). He also has served as an adjunct professor of Intro to Real Estate Finance at the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University and has served as a weekly 2nd grade reading tutor at Wiggin Street Elementary school since 2006. Andy is a 2002 graduate of Kenyon College and is a former 3-sport collegiate letter winner. He resides in Upper Arlington with his wife (Mary), two kids (Luke & Ava), and golden retriever (Grayton).

Bob Bowen - VP

Bob focuses on helping clients create strategies related to their land, retail, and office properties. With a diverse background as an entrepreneur and business owner, Bob enjoys working with clients to help them maximize the value of their real estate by finding the highest and best uses for their property. Bob graduated from The Ohio State University in 1974 with a BS degree majoring in Real Estate and has been a licensed Realtor for 50+ years. Bob started his career with W. Lyman Case Companies and also spent time with Planned Communities and The Daimler Group prior to founding his own company, Bowen & Company, which he owned for 7 years before merging to create The Case Bowen Company in which he was part of for 28 years until he sold it in 2022. Bob joined Elford Realty in May of 2022, in order to continue serving his clients after the sale of his company. Bob prides himself on his long-standing relationships in the market and his institutional knowledge of the market. Throughout his career, he has been an active member of Columbus Realtors, CCIIR (Founding Member), Ohio Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and ICSC. Bob enjoys playing golf, fishing, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his family.

Jackie Delay

Jackie focuses on representing medical and professional office tenants, buyers, sellers, and landlords throughout Central Ohio. Prior to joining Elford Realty in 2020, Jackie spent four years with The Ohio State University's Planning and Real Estate department, part of a team responsible for commercial leasing, sales, acquisitions, and development on behalf of business units within OSU's Wexner Medical Center. She participated in several hundred projects through which she gained experience in taking a need from strategic planning, to site selection, deal negotiation, design, and construction, through to completion. Jackie enjoys the process of matching her client's needs with the right space or property to support the professional and personal goals of those she serves. Jackie is a graduate of The Ohio State University, with an undergraduate degree from the Fisher College of Business, and is working on becoming a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation to further her technical industry knowledge. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, and currently serves as the Chair of ULI's Young Leaders Group Mentor Program in Columbus. Jackie is passionate about health and wellness and brings that perspective to improve the outcome of her work.

Kristy Daniel

Kristy Daniel, SIOR, has been with Elford Realty since 2015 but has over 23 years of commercial real estate experience, and now leads office and medical leasing and sales efforts for the company. Her background is diverse, having spent the first part of her career in sales as an office broker for CBRE representing institutional and private landlords, as well as local and national tenants. She then went on to become the System Director of Real Estate Transactions and Development for OhioHealth Corporation, a large hospital system in Ohio. At that time, Kristy oversaw all real estate transactions across the 11-hospital system averaging 90+ transactions per year, led site selection efforts, practice acquisitions, and worked with executive leadership on corporate headquarters strategies. Kristy has built her career on doing what's best for her clients and establishing trusting and long-lasting relationships. She prides herself on listening to her client's goals and working hard to help them achieve them. Her extensive market knowledge and lease negotiating experience background are crucial skill sets that allow her to give practical advice to clients. Throughout her career, she has represented many leading companies such as Orthopedic ONE, White Castle, Safelite Auto Glass, W.W. Williams, National Church Residences, OhioHealth Corporation, Doc REIT, and Employer's Health among many others.

Lauren Alexander

In 2004, Lauren embarked on her journey in commercial real estate, specializing in tenant representation and office leasing within the Chicago market. Over the years, she expertly managed a diverse ownership portfolio spanning 3 million square feet. Lauren's clientele included high-profile Landlords such as Equity Office Properties Trust and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, along with iconic Class A office buildings like Prudential Plaza and The Rookery Building. After returning to her hometown of Upper Arlington to raise her three children, Mackenzie (in 6th grade), Owen (in 4th grade), and Hayden (in 1st grade) - Lauren missed the commercial real estate business and decided to join the Elford Realty team in September 2023. In her new role, she will be focusing on the leasing and selling/buying of industrial, flex, and land properties. Lauren's meticulous attention to detail and unwavering dedication to understanding her client's unique needs positions her to provide significant value to her clients. Recognizing the importance of relationships, Lauren is committed to building trust with local brokers, landlords, and businesses, creating a network that fosters mutual, long-term business growth. Lauren completed her studies at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, graduating in 2002 with a BA in International Business. She enriched her education with a semester abroad in Madrid, Spain, and was an active participant in Division II volleyball. Beyond her professional pursuits, Lauren finds solace in activities like yoga, pilates, and lap swimming. She enjoys quality time with her children, partner, John, and their three dogs: Lucy, a 16 yr old morkie, and their two rescues they adopted from Stop The Suffering, Leo and Georgie.

Tyler Ford

Tyler started his career in commercial real estate in 2014 while earning an MBA from The Ohio State University. Since his start, he has accumulated significant experience in all aspects of industrial and flex real estate, including land developments, build-to-suit projects, investment and user sales, and leases. He has developed over two million square feet of industrial property in Ohio and Kentucky.
