Dennis Du Bois has served on the ERL Board since 2017. Mr. Du Bois has over 30 years' experience in the Finance field in the hotel industry as both a hotel property Controller for Hyatt Hotels and Sr Director of Finance for a portfolio of hotels (International and Domestic) for Carlson (Radisson and Country Inn & Suites). In addition, Mr Du Bois has been a CFO for both Software and PE backed companies. Currently Dennis is a Managing Director/CFO for Growth Operators - a company providing interim and fractional Finance and HR resources for a variety of customers and industries.He holds a B.A. from the University of New Hampshire in Business Administration and holds minors in both Political Science and Economics.

Jeremy Harris has served as our Chief Financial Officer since 2017. Mr. Harris has over 25 years' experience as an accountant and business advisor. He was Chief Financial Officer for Genius Group Ltd up to the time of its listing on New York Stock Exchange in 2022. He is the Lead CFO at the Grow CFO Co, a private limited company based in Australia. Mr. Harris was previously a partner at Gill, McKerrow & Associates, a full-service accounting and taxation company in Australia, from 2000 to 2018 and a consultant at the firm from 2018 to 2020. He specializes in providing strategic financial advice to entrepreneurs has, previously been a registered Tax Agent and Financial Adviser, and is a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Mr. Harris holds a bachelor's degree from the Queensland University of Technology.

Roger James Hamilton has been our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman since 2015. He is also the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Entrepreneur Resorts Limited, a hospitality company and a subsidiary of Genius Group Ltd, since 2017, where he is responsible for the growth of the company's resorts and beach clubs and led the company through its initial public offering in 2017. Mr. Hamilton is also founder and Chairman of Entrepreneurs Institute and GeniusU Ltd, which are both companies within Genius Group. Mr. Hamilton is a New York Times bestselling author and entrepreneur who mentors other entrepreneurs to grow their enterprises and find their flow. He holds a B.A. from the University of Cambridge.
Mrs Bovio joined the ERL Board in March 2017. She has over 30 years experience in the travel industry, having worked in the hotel, car rental, cruise and online travel agency sectors. In her latest role, Mrs Bovio served as Chief Commercial Officer for Yotel, an entrepreneurial tech-led and cutting edge design hotel company. Prior to this, she held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Aman where she was fully responsible for the revitalisation and repositioning of this uber-exclusive luxury brand. Previously, Mrs Bovio worked directly with Sol Kerzner and Alan Leibman at Kerzner International as the Senior VP International Sales and Marketing, responsible for the three brands of the Group. She studied Law at the University of Buenos Aires, holds a degree in French translation by the Alliance Francaise de Paris and is fluent in 5 languages.
