FDA

FDA is a non-governmental organization registered under Societies Registration Act of 1955. The organization started functioning in 2008 at select districts of Kerala namely; Pathanamthitta, Kollam, Alappuzha and Thiruvananthapuram. Presently the organization is working in all the fourteen districts of Kerala and is run by an army of young, energetic and talented professionals from various disciplines namely; Social Work, Health, Law, Counselling and Environmental Science. FDAs focus area includes; Disaster Risk Reduction, Child Development, Livelihoods and Capacity Building. FDA envisions safer societies, empowered communities and resilient nation through active engagement of children, youth and communities at large.
