Jeff has been in the insurance and financial services business since 2003. He holds his life and health insurance license and FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses. Jeff specializes in individual and group health insurance products, and will take time to explain the available options and help guide you in choosing the plan coverage that best suits your needs. He is also able to assist you with your investment, farm, and retirement goals.
Jeff is a member of the Cedar Valley chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), Treasurer of the Fayette Cattlemen's Association and is active in his church and community.
Jeff and his wife, Janet, reside in Sumner where they farm and raise cattle. They have three grown children and enjoy spending time with their families, especially their nine grandchildren.

Justin has been in the insurance and financial services business since 2007. He holds his life and health insurance license and FINRA Series 6, 63 & 65 licenses. Justin earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Dubuque in Business Administration, later completing the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) program for his designation. He specializes in Life and Health insurance products, Employee Group Benefits and Retirement planning.
Justin is a member of the Cedar Valley chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and is an assistant coach for his hometown football team, the East Buchanan Buccaneers.
Justin and his wife, Alyssa, reside in Winthrop with their three children, Eddie, Sadie, and Nolan. In his spare time, Justin enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes as a family.
Kim joined Financial Decisions Group in 2013 and obtained her life and health insurance license that same year. She manages the daily operations of the office and, (on an average, great day) will be the first smiling face that people see when they walk through our door. Kim is known for providing fast and friendly service with a side of cheerfulness.
Kim and her husband, Brad, reside in Oelwein. They have two daughters, Nicole and Rachel, who are both attending college to pursue careers in the medical field. In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, kayaking, and an occasional game of golf.

Neil has been in the insurance and financial services business since 2000. He holds his life and health insurance license and FINRA Series 6, 7 & 63 licenses. Neil earned his B.A. in Finance and B.A. in Business Management from Upper Iowa University, later earning his Masters of Science in Financial Services degree from The American College. He specializes in Business Planning, Retirement Planning, and Estate Planning Strategies.
Neil is a past President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) - Iowa, and is on the Board of Trustees for Upper Iowa University (UIU). He is a former President and Board Member of Oelwein Chamber & Area Development (OCAD) and continues to serve on various committees for OCAD and other organizations, while remaining active in both his church and community.
Neil and his wife, Heidi, reside in Fairbank with their two boys, Tate & Cael. Among his many activities and responsibilities, Neil enjoys farming and spending time with his family.

Tracy rejoined Financial Decisions Group in 2015 after having worked in the Oelwein office from 2006 to 2013. Her new marketing role allows her to focus on enhancing client relations, while also letting the rest of the world (or at least Eastern Iowa) know about the wonderful people she works with and the awesome services they provide.
Tracy and her husband, Mike, reside in Oelwein. They enjoy spending time at their cabin in northern Wisconsin, being on the water, four-wheeling, and snowmobiling.
