Before joining Flower & Klein, Anna worked for two different companies specializing in headhunting. She started her professional experience working for a British multinational corporation, where she managed both the sales and delivery sides. Later on, she moved to a company in Milan, where she focused her efforts on personnel recruitment and selection, with a focus on middle management.
Before joining Flower&Klein she worked for national and international law firms where she provided legal assistance to important international investors, companies and banks on M&A transactions, acquisitions, joint ventures as well as on general corporate/real estate legal matters. As an International HR Consultant at Flower&Klein, Carola focuses on legal recruitment projects in different practice areas (including corporate law, finance, restructuring, tax, employment, real estate, litigation etc.) for international and domestic law firms, as well as on national and international recruitment projects, across a different range of sectors. By virtue of her experience gained in different law firms, she has an extensive knowledge of the business field which allows her to provide practical and constructive advice in the context of the legal market. She continued her studies in Political Science gaining a Master's Degree in Governamental Sciences and Public Policy at the University of Trieste. She joined international study programs that led her to spend time in Thailand and France. Federico has gathered over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Executive Search. He joined Flower&Klein in 2017. He has delivered national and international search assignments for executive and senior professionals in different areas including General Management, Operations/Production, Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance&Accounting, HR and Legal, across different industries such as the Professional Services, the Manufacturing, Industrial and Consumer Goods. Federico's search experience extends to multiple countries: Italy, Switzerland, the UK, Spain, France, Germany, the US and Brazil. Francesca is an Italian qualified lawyer and has several years of experience in recruitment, she focuses her activity especially in the legal field. Before joining Flower&Klein Francesca worked as a lawyer in a law firm and then in 2015 she started her career as a recruiter and became Manager in a UK Legal Search & Recruitment Consultancy. She conducts researches for a broad range of international and domestic law firms and companies. She works on opportunities for lawyers in all practice areas both for private practice and in house. Taking advantage of her years as a lawyer she is able to provide detailed market intelligence and overview, combined with practical advices such as the appropriate firm or company to approach. Giulia is an Italian qualified lawyer with over 12 years of experience in Legal & Tax Recruitment. Prior to join Flower&Klein she has been working as a Senior Manager in a UK legal recruitment leading company recruiting lawyers at all levels of seniority on behalf of a broad range of International and domestic law firms, companies and financial institutions. Giulia has detailed market knowledge and she is committed to providing both candidates and clients with a confidential tailor-made service. Working closely with clients Giulia recruits and represents senior associates, partners, teams, in house legal counsels and general counsels respecting the confidentiality of information received from both clients and candidates. Giuseppe presents a consolidated experience in Technology and Consulting gained in different structured contexts. Before joining Flower&Klein, he started his career in one of the leading HR services companies, then dealing with strategy and commercial development activities for a major American multinational group.
He subsequently held a senior side role in Head Hunting and Business Development in an important British consulting and recruitment company, managing with his team recruitment projects on figures from Middle to Senior Management and expanding his knowledge and vision of the ICT and Consulting market.
Accurate and reliable, it has excellent listening and negotiation skills and focuses on satisfying the needs of customers and candidates. He holds a degree in Business Administration and a MSc in Management from Bocconi University in Milan. In addition to Italian, he speaks fluent English, has an intermediate level of French and notions of Chinese.
Over the past 15 years, Ilaria has placed C-Level, Sr Director and Sr Manager level positions in her areas of specialty across Europe and United States. Prior to joining Flower&Klein to co-lead the firm's head office, Ilaria was an International Headhunter for an Italian Executive Search Boutique, managing and executing of national and international (EMEA and Global) recruitment projects. Before joining Flower&Klein, Michele started and consolidated his career in the HR department of one of the largest international companies in the Fashion Industry, dealing both with talent development and organisational issues; later on he has entered a leading multinational hr consulting organisation, where he had supported several companies across different industries including engineering, construction, textile and manufacturing in the delivery of search projects for both Middle and Senior Management roles. Since 2020, I have been working in the field of human resources with a major focus on consultancy.
Prior to joining Flower&Klein, I worked at one of the largest employment agencies as an Account Manager. In that role, I managed assigned client's portfolio, increased market share by building new relationships, and supported companies in recruitment and personnel management activities.
Later, I worked as a Head Hunter and Business Developer for one of the leading international consulting firms, specializing in the Energy and Engineering industries. I was engaged with top-level managers of companies to select middle and senior management profiles. This allowed me to gain knowledge about various renewable energy industry realities, understand their needs, and develop a clear vision of the most sought-after profiles in the job market.
Thanks to this experience, I am now able to identify clients' needs and offer solutions, including alternative ones, providing an up-to-date picture of the job market and offering comprehensive 360 degree consultancy services.

Veronica is a lawyer resident in New York with over 15 years of experience in HR & Tax.
Prior to join Flower&Klein Veronica started her career in Rome as a tax consultant in Ernst & Young providing tax and legal assistance to US companies and their expats. She then transitioned to a tax & legal consultant position for Hogan & Lovells Law firm before joining again Ernst & Young prior moving to Ernst & Young New York in 2012. Lately she has been working as Head of HR and Legal for the US branch of Piaggio based in New York, recruiting in house for the company and providing legal and HR counseling.
Today, as Chief Operating Officer of the US branch of Flower&Klein, Veronica is in charge of maintaining and expanding the business of F&K in the US, supporting Italian and US multinationals companies in their recruiting needs.
She has detailed knowledge of the US market with a strong HR and Tax background with expertise in expat dynamics.
Veronica studied between Italy and the UK, where she obtained her Degree in Law at the Universita La Sapienza of Rome and then a Post Graduate Certificate in Finance in the UK. She continued her education in Italy where she received a Master in Business Law. Before moving into the US, she obtained the Italian lawyer qualification in Rome.
