FoodandI is a groundbreaking concept created over a decade ago by a group of physicians, scientists and diet experts who share common values and concerns over the impact of foods we eat every day on our health and quality of life. Our goal was straight forward, yet ambitious - create a system that would predict which foods are most suitable for specific individuals based on the interaction of chemical substances in the foods with the individual's body chemistry... In a nutshell, FoodandI is a web-based interactive expert system (we call it the Food Compatibility Assessment, or FCA) that calculates, to a high degree of probability, a correlation between certain health conditions and foods consumed by specific individuals. This patented technology is based, in part, on a knowledge base consisting of data from government agencies, healthcare associations, food industry groups, and validated medical and scientific research.
