Andrew J. Moore is an attorney at Fraser Trebilcock in the litigation practice group focusing on general litigation matters, insurance defense, estate and trust administration, real estate transactions, family law, and criminal defense. His experience covers a range of practice areas, from out of court matters such as assisting clients in estate planning and business and tax matters to representing clients at trial in insurance, divorce, and criminal defense proceedings.
Before joining the firm, Andrew worked at a private firm assisting clients in general litigation matters, 1 st and 3 rd party no-fault insurance claims, business organization, municipal consulting, and several other general civil practice areas. Outside of work, Andrew is involved in his local parish, and he enjoys traveling, playing soccer and ice hockey, golfing, skiing, and spending time with his grandmother in Okemos.

Douglas J. Austin has been at the center of real estate law for over 45 years. In addition to being a shareholder at Fraser Trebilcock, Doug is also the past chair of our Real Estate Law department.
The legal community has taken note of Doug's prowess for real estate law as well. He has been named "Best Lawyer in America" for Lansing Real Estate Law for more than 25 years, by the publication Best Lawyers. In 2014, he was also named "Lawyer of the Year" for Lansing Real Estate. Professionally, Doug is involved in both Real Property and Business Law Sections for the State Bar of Michigan.

Edward J. Castellani brings a distinct advantage to the Business and Tax practice at Fraser Trebilcock. In addition to having practiced law for more than 30 years, Ed is a certified public accountant. This dual background and experience provides his clients a unique insight into business transactions, such as business entity formations, mergers, acquisitions, tax audits and appeals, and general business and tax planning for both profit and non-profit corporations.
Ed has developed industry specialization in health care law, automobile dealer law, governmental contracts, nonprofit and trade association law, procurement law, and alcoholic beverage law for suppliers, wholesalers and retailers. He is a former Chair of the firm's Business and Tax department, and has previously served several terms on the firm's Board of Directors.

Elizabeth M. Siefker is an attorney at Fraser Trebilcock in the trusts and estates practice group focusing on estate planning, elder law, and business planning. With experience assisting clients in every aspect of the estate planning process, including handling probate court matters, Elizabeth understands that each plan will be unique to the client's situation.
Elizabeth is an active member of several legal organizations, currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Women's Lawyer's Association of Mid-Michigan as the Regional Representative. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys reading, running, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

H. Kirby Albright has amassed a wide range of litigation experience over the last 30 years, including successful representation of clients on both sides of eminent domain law.
Kirby recently spent several years assisting a major international company as it acquired right-of-way for a pipeline across the state of Michigan. But don't count him out if you're a landowner. Kirby once used a bright yellow yardstick during trial for a hotly contested case involving air space. You could say that yardstick is now valued at about $300,000, after Kirby landed a unanimous verdict in his client's favor.

Jared A. Roberts is the Chair of the firm's Real Estate practice group. For over twenty years, Jared has concentrated his practice on civil litigation and dispute resolution, from out-of-court settlement and negotiation through trials and appeals on all levels. These disputes often concern commercial transactions, contracts, real property law, disputes between property owners and governments (including property tax appeals), professional licensing defense and intellectual property. His clients include individual professionals, entrepreneurs and entities of all sorts, some of Michigan's leading real estate brokerages, commercial and residential property owners, software firms and programmers, a parts designer and manufacturer, a building trades association, a television production company, and many others.
Jared also handles transactional work including real property transactions, leasing and related transactions, intellectual property transfers and licensing, trademark and copyright registration, maintenance and overall branding, and he provides general business and legal governance counseling to a variety of firms and individuals.
Jared's transactional work and representation of property owners is also informed by his ownership of a growing portfolio of Downtown Lansing rental apartments and multi-family buildings. His litigation work is informed by his many years as an Adjunct Professor at the Michigan State College of Law, where he taught research and writing for twelve years, and remedies for three years. He attributes his creativity and courtroom poise in part to many years spent as a professional pianist and keyboard player prior to concentrating on legal pursuits.

Jennifer Hansen is an attorney at Fraser Trebilcock in the litigation practice group focusing on litigation, general business law, and real estate law. Jennifer's experience includes handling various litigation matters and transactional work with subpoenas in the real estate practice area.
While in law school, Jennifer worked at the Transnational Environmental Law Clinic creating recommendations for local government to implement ways to offset costs for residents, and wrote an official comment suggesting improvements on the Triennial Assessment of Progress on Great Lakes Water Quality. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys reading, trail running, painting, and spending time with her Newfoundland.

Jonathan T. Walton, Jr. received his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan cum laude in 1981. He received his A.B. from Dartmouth College magna cum laude in 1978. His practice covers all areas of complex commercial and corporate litigation and related transactional matters.
Jonathan's focus includes cases arising from commercial transactions, the Uniform Commercial Code, the federal and state securities laws, banking laws and bankruptcy litigation. In the areas of banking, commercial, construction and real estate litigation, he represents lenders, contractors and owners on construction-related claims, and lenders and borrowers in commercial and residential foreclosure matters, large loan defaults and collections, lien priority disputes, and title insurance company liability.
Jonathan specializes in all aspects of creditors' rights, including secured asset recoveries, large debt collections and bankruptcy collections and litigation. He has expertise in transactional matters ranging from purchase and acquisition of mortgage portfolios and related due diligence, drafting of commercial contracts, business formation, loan workouts and real estate transactions.
