Alyssa Skalitzky

Alyssa Skalitzky has been practicing as a nurse practitioner since 2009. She is certified as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She also has experience as an instructor for the psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner program at Alverno College and Rush University. Alyssa treats clients ages 6 and older. Alyssa's goal is to balance clinical expertise with care, compassion and understanding. She is a strong believer in client's participating in both counseling/therapy and medication management to achieve the best outcomes possible.

Amber Keefner

Job Titles:
  • Office Support Staff
Amber has been working with our office since April 2021. She is one of the smiling faces you see when you walk in our door. She is a very dependable, amazing team player and our patients enjoy seeing her familiar face when they visit our office. She is focused on greeting patients with the utmost respect and friendliness, ensuring patients have a smooth experience. In her spare time Amber enjoys spending time with her friends, family and her dogs and she enjoys "anything crafty". She has a background in massage therapy, purchasing and customer service.

Christine Turcotte

Christine Turcotte has a background in both labor and delivery and mental health nursing. She graduated with her Associate Nursing Degree in 2003, followed by her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing in 2016. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Alverno College in May 2020. She is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and is an active volunteer with NAMI. Christine is "interested in providing culturally sensitive care in a safe and welcoming environment." In her free time, she enjoys hiking and photography. Christine treats clients ages 10 and older and has a special interest in treating veterans, first responders, and others who have experienced trauma. She also enjoys working with the geriatric population.

Dawn Zuchowski

Dawn Zuchowski has been a medical assistant for over 15 years. She joins the Family Psychiatric Care team bringing prior experience working with clients of a variety of ages and backgrounds. She is here to assist our providers in providing excellent care. Dawn is available to help you with medication refills and answering any questions you may have.

Deb Bissland

Job Titles:
  • Office Manager
As our office manager, Deb Bissland is the smiling face you see when you walk in our door and the friendly hello when you call. Deb is available to schedule you with our providers and answer any billing questions you may have. She has worked in mental health for over 20 years and her wealth of knowledge ensures you will have a pleasant and seamless experience.

Lexi Dattilo

Lexi Dattilo has a background in both long-term care and mental health nursing. She graduated with her Associate's Degree in Nursing in 2017, followed by her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing in 2019. Most recently she completed her Master's Degree in Nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Walden University in 2022 and is thrilled to be starting her journey as a provider. Lexi treats clients ages 6 and older and especially enjoys working with children and adolescents. She believes in a "shared decision-making process to foster a strong patient-provider relationship" and strongly encourages clients to participate in counseling/therapy in addition to medication management. In her free time Lexi enjoys spending time with her husband and her three children. She also enjoys "making fancy cheesecakes."

Margaret Erdman

Margaret Erdman has a background in both social work and nursing. She graduated with a Bachelor's in Social Work in 2004, followed by a Bachelor's in Nursing from Alverno College in 2009. She graduated with her MSN as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Alverno College in 2017 and has been practicing as a nurse practitioner since then. Margaret treats clients ages 6 and older and especially enjoys working with children and adolescents. "My goal is to work with each individual as a team to help them achieve their goals. I think a holistic approach is important for long term benefits and that being involved in therapy is necessary in achieving this."

Shauna Richardson

Shauna Richardson has been a nurse practitioner since 2000. She began her practice as a women's health nurse practitioner and has since transitioned to psychiatric mental health. She is dually certified as a women's health and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Shauna's role is to evaluate for the need for medication in treating mental health disorders. She treats both adults and children as young as age 6. She believes in the client and provider working together as a team to achieve the client's mental health treatment goals. She also strongly believes in participating in therapy/counseling while on medication for the most effective improvement in mental health symptoms.

Sue Coffey

Job Titles:

Sue Coffey has been a medical assistant for over 20 years. She brings great experience to the office having worked with a variety of clients of all ages in family practice, OB/GYN and with the Abbott Pharmaceuticals Research Unit. Sue helps our providers deliver the best care possible. She also helps with lab collections and is available to answer your questions.

Tilly Burroughs

Tilly has a vast background in innovative care in cancer treatment, emergency services, surgical, cardiac, and mental health care. She graduated with her Associate Nursing Degree in 2001, followed by her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing in 2008. In 2022 she graduated from Alverno College with a Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Tilly graduated with honors, is member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and is an active volunteer in her community. She is a strong believer in client's participating in both counseling/therapy and medication management to achieve the best outcomes possible. Tilly treats clients ages 10 and over and provides a welcoming and caring attitude for her patients. She strives to create an environment that maintains safety, privacy, compassion, and sensitivity for the best care and outcomes possible. Her 21 years of nursing experience have taught her that everyone needs and deserves respect, patience, and kindness.
