Giacinto and Laura Marinelli along with their four sons established the Four Brothers Restaurant in 1964. In keeping with their taste and traditions, they took their old world cooking techniques from Italy and shared them with their new community in Niagara Falls. Their passion for cooking using only the highest quality fresh in-season ingredients, coupled with homemade preparations passed on from generation to generation.
