Aaron H. Stanley has been in the financial services industry for 10 years. He joined Vantage Financial Group, Inc., in 2009 as a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative. Prior to joining Vantage, Aaron started his own Investment Advisory practice with Waddell & Reed, Inc., in 2005.
Mr. Stanley is a full service Financial Advisor and works with individuals, families, and businesses to provide them with customized planning advice on retirement planning, investment & asset management, college funding, and distribution planning.
Aaron is a 2004 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Economics. Currently, he is also an Instructor at Indiana University of Pennsylvania teaching an Adult Continuing Education course on Retirement Planning.
Aaron and his wife Hannah live in Ross Township, PA. He is an avid golfer and ultramarathon runner.
For over 40 years, Barney Guttman ran a full service investment firm, focused on working with individuals to organize their financial plans and design strategies to prepare for educational costs, retirement income and estate planning. We are pleased to announce that effective January 1st, 2018, Barney will begin his retirement. His partner and associate of 15 years, Solomon Childs, will be taking over as the financial advisor for all of Barney's client relationships.

Paul has been in the financial services industry since 1986 in several capacities. After completing the management training program at Pittsburgh National Bank, Paul joined PNC Merchant Banking Company (eventually renamed PNC Capital Markets) and was a senior member of their bond financing groups for approximately 15 years. Paul then transitioned into the investments field, first as an advisor with
PNC Investments for 10 years, transitioning in 2012 to become the Investment Executive for Fifth Third Securities in Pittsburgh. In 2016, Paul joined GCSS Advisors as an independent investment advisor where he continues to work closely with clients to help them achieve a variety of personal and business objectives.
Paul strives to create a relationship, goal driven, consultative practice with his clients based on regular communication and respect for his clients, advising them on a range of needs including asset accumulation, retirement investment planning/income planning, and college savings. Many client relationships span a decade or more and have helped turn the investment business into a referral based practice.
Mr. Feldman is a graduate of Binghamton University (formerly SUNY Binghamton) and of New York University's Masters in Business Administration program. He is an investment advisor representative holding Series 7, 63 and 65 securities registrations as well as Life, Accident & Health insurance licenses.
Paul has resided in Mt Lebanon for many years with his wife and two children.

Solomon Childs is a financial advisor, as well as the owner and CEO of the Pittsburgh based GCSS Advisors (Formerly Barney C. Guttman and Associates), which was acquired by Childs Financial Group from Vantage Financial Group in 2014. He is also an Investment Advisory Representative of the Vantage Financial Group Inc. RIA (Registered Investment Advisor). Sol and Barney Guttman began working together in 2003 after Sol had been practicing for several years at Merrill Lynch in Los Angeles, California.
Working closely with his clients, Sol's practice addresses the private client group's needs for retirement, investment, insurance and college planning. He also has a significant 401k/qualified plan consulting practice as well as a particular experience in Alternative Investment programs, such as oil, gas and real estate limited partnerships. Sol holds the series 24, 7 and 66 registrations and is a licensed life and health insurance agent, as well as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF).

Steve Steinkirchner began his career as a financial advisor in 1991 with Bill Few Associates. After twenty-three years of experience, Steve continues to advise clients on their investment portfolios as they accumulate wealth prior to retirement and he develops income plans during their retirement. He has been affiliated with Walnut Street Securities, Wachovia Securities, and currently with Cetera Advisor Networks. Steve is connected with Solomon Childs, Barney Guttman, and Aaron Stanley at the Pittsburgh, PA office, GCSS Advisors.
