GIVEN WINGS

Given Wings, the non-profit arm of JBW Farms, started as a vision given to us in 2013. While reading through a book called Living the Dream by Daniel Floyd, we had a dream birthed in our hearts. At first, this dream was to create a place that would provide a safe-haven employment opportunity for our intellectually disabled daughter, AnneDee. But the dream grew. It grew to improve the lives of children in the foster care system, much like our two children, Chesney and SaDee, whom we adopted in 2009 and 2010... Given Wings was established as a non-profit (501c3) organization focused on providing a safe-haven for the intellectually disabled and hope to the less fortunate. We will provide multiple program opportunities including, but not not limited to: employment, housing accommodations, scholarship funds, community partnerships, continual education, therapy (physical and mental), and athletic programs...
