Mr. Wang Hui was born in 1964, a master's degree, a senior economist, and a representative of the 12th National People's Congress.
From 1987 to 2016, he served successively as department manager, assistant general manager, general manager, and party secretary of China National Chemical Construction Corporation;
From 2009 to 2014, he served as Chairman and Secretary of the Party Committee of Shandong Haihua Group;
From 2014 to 2016, he served as President and Party Secretary of China National Offshore Petrochemical Co., Ltd.;
Since June 2016, he has served as Vice Chairman, President and Party Secretary of Beijing Lisichen Technology Co., Ltd.
Mr. Xia Yunfeng was born in October 1967 and holds a PhD in accounting from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.
