With 19 years' experience in the construction industry, Sebastian brings strong contract and health and safety management skills. He has a focus on building effective relationships with clients, and reaching and exceeding project goals.
In 2001 Shirley gained a Certificate in Business from Auckland University of Technology. Since then she has gained a wealth of experience in office administration, much of it within the demolition industry. She has a thorough understanding of the sector.
Wayne is well-known in the demolition industry for his ability to manage complex and demanding deconstruction projects. His 40 years' building and demolition experience makes him one of the most experienced operators in the industry.
Wayne began his career as a carpenter / joiner, working his way up to a foreman / site management position before moving to Australia to manage Cole Build.
In the mid-1990s, Wayne returned to New Zealand to manage building services for TBS Farnsworth. 15 years on, with a host of building awards under his belt, he saw the opportunity to do his own thing.
"I was having a coffee with Sebastian one day and said I wanted to set up a world class demolition company in New Zealand". And Sebastian said ‘me too'. And so Green Way was born.
