At Sheraton Hong Kong, she was fully responsible for managing the Food & Beverage operations including the whole line of culinary operations.
From 2010 to 2017, Joyce held the position of Director of Operations in The Peninsula Shanghai Hotel where she oversaw the daily operations and led 10 departments with more than 300 team members.

Nancy is the Founder and Managing Partner of Hong Kong Executive Search. A graduate in Business Management from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, she takes an active interest in the human resources arena and is an accredited member of Thomas International as well as certified mentor of "Say It Straight Training" (USA). She was a member of Labour Advisory Board Committee on Employment Services, Hong Kong from 1994 to 1996. For many years Nancy served in the Human Resources Committee of The American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. She was the first Asia Director of NPAworldwide, a global recruitment network with 500+ international members and was the recipient of its prestigious Chairman's Award in 2009.
