I'm Darin Philpott, Owner of Hightec Home Inspections, LLC. I've lived in the Coffee County area of middle Tennessee my entire life. I've worked 30 years in the Engineering, Testing and Maintenance profession locally, and have been heavily involved in residential home maintenance, the construction of four homes, several home renovations and construction manager for our church sanctuary.
