A proven human resource professional, Auden has knowledge in problem solving, workforce planning, operational efficiency, and team building/management. His interest as an HRT Advisor focuses on strategies to build relationships with both clients and peers, while remaining flexible and innovative with changing demands and priorities. Auden has experience in a number of different industries including Retail, Pharma and Healthcare.
Auden enjoys the ability to make a positive impact in the lives of the candidates he works with, particularly in the University Recruiting space. Additionally, he continuously seeks to foster a great client and candidate experience during the recruitment process. Through his consistent collaboration with his clients, he is also able to provide proactive sourcing techniques to identify and grow talent pools.
In his free time, Auden enjoys hobbies such as hiking with his three dogs, traveling and drinking tea.

Emily lends her broad Human Resources experience to her HRT clients. This seasoned HRT Advisor has hands-on experience in Sourcing, Benefits Administration, and HR Generalist responsibilities. Emily has also worked seamlessly across verticals, including Higher Education, CPG, Retail, IT, and Engineering.
No matter the industry, Emily loves to support her HRT clients - and their candidates. She is particularly passionate for learning about each candidate's strengths and professional goals. Emily then uses her quick wit to match candidates to client opportunities. It's this perception that enabled Emily to fill a client role in just 30 days, after it was open for nine months with no movement.
During down time from her recruiting work, Emily continues to exhibit a supportive spirit, seeking out new volunteer opportunities whenever possible. She also enjoys practicing Yoga, searching for the best tacos in Pittsburgh, and unwinding with her guilty pleasure, reality TV.

Jessica's accomplishments span a variety of industries, including Retail, CPG, and Hospitality. Not surprisingly, her top career accomplishment is in the realm of talent acquisition: hiring and building the team at HRT Solutions.
"It is the most difficult and rewarding ‘job' that I have ever had," says CEO, Jessica of the bold effort she put forth to establish HRT Solutions. She had a mission to create an environment where HRT clients and HRT teammates could thrive. With Jessica's leadership, HRT Solutions has achieved its mission. She leads by example, rolling up her sleeves alongside her team each day to ensure that each HRT client's objectives are being met and that each HRT team member has the support required to succeed.
Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys traveling and attending sporting events & Broadway shows. She also loves to try new restaurants, mostly to avoid cooking.

Kylee brings multifunctional experience to HRT Solutions, having worked in Talent Acquisition, Sales & Retention. She is energetic and passionate about connecting others and forming meaningful relationships. Kylee has serviced industries such as Healthcare, Transportation and Technology.
In her spare time, Kylee enjoys spending time with family, friends and her Great Dane, Tucker. During football season she can be found cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Kylee studied at Robert Morris University.
Prior to joining HRT Solutions, Lauren spent close to 5 years in Talent Acquisition as a Recruiting Coordinator. The majority of her career was in Customer Service and Sales, however, once she began her career in Talent Acquisition, she quickly discovered her passion. She found that she loves working with candidates and guiding them through the interview process and ultimately to their dream careers. Lauren is passionate about building relationships, partnering with recruiters and ensuring candidates and clients have the best possible experience throughout the process.
In Lauren's spare time, she enjoys being outdoors buy especially boating and paddle boarding. When not on the water, she loves to take long hikes or go to the dog park with her Golden Retriever, Mona.
Lauren is a graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College.
Lynnsey brings 5 years of recruiting experience from various industries such as Banking, Construction and Finance. She is a detail oriented and determined HR professional with a demonstrated history as a Recruiting Supervisor, Recruiting Coordinator, and HR Administrator.
Lynnsey has a diligent work ethic and is determined to bring successful candidates to her clients. Her thoroughness allows her to be confident that her work is done accurately all while being efficient and organized. She enjoys matching candidates with a career they can be passionate about.
In her free time, Lynnsey enjoys shopping, singing, and spending time with family, friends, especially her bird, Odus.

Matthew has recruiting experience across multiple hospitality-centered industries including Acute Care Hospitals, K-12 Educational Contract Management, and the Restaurant and Retail sectors. Regardless of position, his passion for Talent Acquisition shines through. Matthew is committed to sourcing and recruiting top talent for his HRT clients.
Matthew is actively engaged and pays attention to small details. His experience in the hospitality industry has made him a customer service expert. He will not rest until a project is seen through to completion.
Outside of the office, Matthew enjoys spending time with his husband and family, his dog Owen, and traveling to unique destinations throughout the United States.

Meghan applies her energy and passion for Talent Acquisition across industries such as Healthcare, Engineering, and Technology. Most recently, Meghan has focused on University Relations program management. Given Meghan's ability to organize and manage complex projects, UR program management suits her skillset.
Prior to joining HRT Solutions, Meghan flexed her program management skills in the world of Academia, managing a research study and associated team for the Department of Defense.
Outside of HRT Solutions, Meghan enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog, June. She is energized by nature and often spends time on the water. Meghan loves to cheer for Pittsburgh sports teams.

Michele brings over 15 years of human resource experience. Michele's well-versed HR knowledge and practices enables her to provide the support needed for our clients. She has a people first mindset that enables her to build great partnerships that impact culture, people development, HR best practices and procedures, all while implementing change management strategies.
Michele's extensive knowledge of workforce planning, retention, and HR operations provides valuable perspective for our clients and their growing needs. Prior to Michele joining HRT she held multiple Human Resources positions with a large retailer.
In her free time, Michele enjoys spending time with her family, watching HGTV, baking, and frequenting different coffee shops.

Paris has a background in Psychology where she felt drawn to work in a field where she's able to serve others. She has spent her career working in Sales, Customer Service, and Talent Acquisition across a variety of industries. Paris enjoys finding & placing unique talent to exceed her client's goals and expectations.
Paris enjoys getting to know her clients and candidates, while making a connection with each and every individual that she has the opportunity of connecting with. Her goal is to create long lasting relationships to make a difference in someone's career. She enjoys the excitement of helping others take the next step in their future!
In her spare time, Paris enjoys spending time with her family, friends and pup, Winston. She also loves trying new baking recipes and traveling to new places. You can always find Paris somewhere warm.

As an HRT Manager, she is focused on meeting the needs of the clients and taking on any challenge that presents itself. Her dedication to recruiting top talent and passion for employee engagement drives her to succeed across verticals, including Healthcare and CPG sectors.
Outside of work, you can find Shannon at the ice rink cheering on her son's hockey team, traveling, or spending time with her family & friends.
