The Company was established based on notarial deed No. 31 dated April 23, 1983 of Sastra Kosasih, S.H., notary in Surabaya, as PT Triyasa Tamihan. Subsequently the Company's name was changed to PT Ometraco Realty and in year 1996 it became PT Indonesia Prima Property Tbk.
