KAI MALINA PROPERTIES

Kai Malina Properties, LLC is vacation rental management company and real estate brokerage. My wife Rhonda and I own and operate the company. We are both licensed real estate agents in the State of Hawaii. We manage exclusively at the Honua Kai Resort and Spa in Kaanapali, Maui, Hawaii. How it started: We bought our Honua Kai unit pre-construction back in December 2005 with a scheduled closing date for January 2009. As we all know 2008 was a rough time to say the least, so we decided that we were going to self-manage our unit so we could maximize our income. Once our family heard this they asked us to mange their unit as well. So, in January 2009 we started what would later become Kai Malina Properties, LLC. Also during this time I was working as a real estate broker for Whalers Realty and had several clients that were purchasing units at Honua Kai.
