Dwight Ricketts is the Senior Manager of Field Operations at the Jamaica Social Investment Fund (JSIF), having joined the organization in October 2016. Armed with more than 23 years of experience in engineering and management, he has worked in both the private and the public sectors. Two notable entities he has worked with are, the St. Mary Banana Estates (a subsidiary of Jamaica Producers) in the capacity of Agricultural Engineer; and at the then Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries in the capacity of Executive Engineer and Senior Director (Facilities and Property Management). He holds a Masters of Engineering Degree specializing in Water Resources from the University of Guelph (Canada) and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of the West Indies (Trinidad and Tobago). Currently, he is a Council member of the Jamaica Institute of Engineers (JIE). His involvement in community service includes building capacity of the Scout Association of Jamaica, where he is the present Chairman of the St. Andrew Local Association and a member of the National Executive Committee. Mr. Ricketts is committed to applying his leadership and engineering skills in rural and urban areas to build capacity, empower persons, and effect improved infrastructure in under-served communities.

Mona J. Sue-Ho

Mona J. Sue-Ho is the Senior Manager, Social Development at the Jamaica Social Investment Fund. She joined the JSIF in February 2010 after working for an international development consultancy in London. She has a MBA from the University of Manchester, UK and a MSc Development from the University of Wales, Swansea. She currently manages the second cycle of the Jamaica Integrated Community Development Project, an urban regeneration project funded by the Government of Jamaica and implemented by the Jamaica Social Investment Fund during the period April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2022 for a total cost of Jam$1.96Billion. She has over 20 years of experience as a development practitioner working in various areas including citizen security and youth crime prevention, urban development and youth livelihood development . She is currently part of the Social Intervention Committees in the seven Zones of Special Operations (ZOSOs). She is the co-author of the chapter Urban Renewal and Sustainable Development in Jamaica: Progress, Challenges and New Directions. IntechOpen; 2018 and has made numerous conference presentations on citizen security and urban renewal. Her primary area of interest is youth crime prevention and urban development.

Mr. Omar Sweeney - Managing Director

Omar Sweeney is an astute Engineering professional with a wealth of over two decades of experience in the areas of Civil & Construction Engineering and Project Management, working for several global entities in the local and international markets. He currently holds the post of Managing Director at the Jamaica Social Investment Fund (JSIF) where he has portfolio responsibility for the execution of several impactful social intervention and infrastructural projects within vulnerable communities across Jamaica. These projects are funded by the Government of Jamaica, the World Bank, the European Union, the Caribbean Development Bank and other donors. Mr. Sweeney also serves as the Deputy Chairman to the Prime Minister of Jamaica for the Zones Of Special Operations (ZOSO) and the Board Chairman of the Professional Engineers Registration Board (PERB). Prior to his appointment at JSIF, Mr. Sweeney served in senior leadership roles at the Jamaica Public Service (JPS) and the Planning Institute of Jamaica (PIOJ). He was also a former President for Administration at the Wolmer's Alumni Association, South Florida Chapter and an active member of the Jamaica Institution of Engineers (JIE), having previously served as President. He is the holder of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering Degree from the University of Florida, and a recipient of the Martin Luther King Scholarship. He has also successfully completed post graduate executive training programmes at the London School of Economics and at the University of Oxford.

Orville Hill FCCA, MBA, JP. Mr. Orville Hill is a Chartered Accountant who holds a MBA from the Manchester Business School and has earned the designation, Senior Fellow. He has also studied at the University of Technology and Titchfield High School. He has held senior management positions in several business sectors including banking, manufacturing, training and distribution. Many of these organizations operate with rigorous reporting deadlines to the Jamaica Stock Exchange and the Central Bank of Jamaica.Mr. Hill is a former Chairman of the First Heritage Credit Union Limited; Director of Campbell's Office Supplies Limited, and Computer Business Supplies Limited.At the JSIF, he is responsible for all the development and implementation of financial management policies, procedures and systems in accordance with the FAA (Financial, Administration and Audit) Act, Public Bodies Management and Accountability Act, and generally accepted accounting principles.His involvement in Community service includes several years of service to the Credit Union movement and serving as a Justice of the Peace.

Mrs. Carol Perry

Mrs. Carol Perry holds a Masters of Science Degree in Accounting and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Economics and Management, from the University of the West Indies. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She has experience in the areas of Purchasing and Auditing. She has over 21 years' experience in the area of Internal & External Auditing; having worked at one of the leading international audit firms for several years, where she conducted audits of both public and private companies; internationally funded projects, as well as government agencies. At the JSIF she is responsible for the Internal Audit function.

Mrs Rhonda Lumsden-Lue holds a Masters of Business Administration (Organisation Development and Behaviour) from the George Washington University as well as a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree from Howard University. She has over 18 years work experience in the area of Human Resource management, Training and Development, Customer Service and General Management. Mrs Lumsden - Lue is a Board Member of the University Hospital of the West Indies Trust. She is also Life Member of the National Honor Society in Psychology; Psi Chi Chapter and Life Member for Golden Key National Honor Society in the United States. Mrs Lumsden-Lue enjoys all genres of music and singing. At the JSIF she is responsible for planning and directing the Human Resource Development,Communications, Administrative and MIS functions in the organization.
