JSC Kazenergokabel was established in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Development and Conversion of the Defense Industry", the program for the development of processing industries, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan and included in the list of priority investment projects. The plant is located in the center of the industrial region of Kazakhstan.
