Ken Green and Mike Dehus joined forces in January of 2008 to provide residential and commercial construction services for the community here on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Ken, after moving to the Outer Banks in 1971 and providing great framing subcontract services to general contractors for about 5 years, acquired his North Carolina general contractors license and that was just the beginning. Ken's name has become well known on the Outer Banks both as an excellent quality builder of new homes and for achieving his goal of seamless additions and renovations. Mike acquired his Maryland general contractors license in 1980. In addition to building custom homes Mike's background includes designing and crafting custom furniture and performing period restorations to historical properties.
