LANNAN FOUNDATION

The Lannan Center at Georgetown University is a dynamic literary and cultural institution devoted to the public engagement of the contemporary written arts and to enriching the artistic and intellectual life of the Georgetown campus and community... Additionally, the Lannan Center offers all Georgetown undergraduates and graduates the opportunity to craft original work under the guidance of some of today's most respected practicing writers including Rabih Alameddine, Carolyn Forché, Tope Folarin, and Aminatta Forna. Courses taught by our faculty are offered as part of the Georgetown English Department's Creative Writing Minor.
