Legro is a family-business that goes all the way back to March 1958 when Tove and Erling Høgholt plant the first young shooting of a plant in a completely bare field. At that time the small horticulture was only four acres of land and a 400 square meters greenhouse without heating. Tove and Erling grew radishes, berries, cabbage, grape cucumbers, salads, tomatoes and leaks. The company has grown and developed a lot since then and in 1988 it was decided to only cultivate fresh herbs and lettuce in flowerpots...

In our horticulture in Karlslunde we work dedicated to providing the perfect products enriched with taste and carried by the good story.
