Brandon began working at Lincoln Financial Services back in 2011. Prior to his work here, he spent 10 years as a senior consultant and analyst for a global Fortune 500 organization. In this roll, Brandon conducted quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine appropriate service-orientated solutions for companies in all vertical markets, supporting Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, and North & South Dakota, as well as Western Canada including British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and the Northern Territories.
Brandon transitioned into management of the family practice in 2015 and took over as owner with Mike's retirement in 2019. Now, Brandon spends his professional time leveraging his 20+ years of analytical and solutions-based experience either supporting our group clients to engineer the best available benefit solutions for them and their employees, or helping small business and individual & family clients with their financial wellbeing, wealth management and financial & retirement planning needs.
When not working, Brandon enjoys spending time with his children - Audrey, Brianna, Henry & Miles - and his wife Sarah. He is an active instrument-rated Private pilot, enjoys traveling, camping, wood-working, range-shooting & hunting, and pretending to be a decent cook.
Brandon is a Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) as credentialed by the American College of Financial Services. Brandon maintains Series 7, 66, & 24 licenses with FINRA as well as Accident & Health, Life and LTC licenses from the State of Colorado. Brandon is a Life & Qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table.

Michael has been in the business of helping people reach their financial goals since 1973. Since then, he has earned several credentials and accolades, including: CFP Certified Financial Planner, ChFC Chartered Financial Consultant, CLU Chartered Life underwriter, and AEP Accredited Estate Planner.
More important than the education and credentials is the fact that he personally cares about each of his clients and this manifests itself in how he runs his practice. When dealing with his clients, it is important to understand what is really important to them before diving headfirst into the analysis. One of his favorite statements is: "My clients don't care how much I know until they know how much I care."
Michael loves to travel, is active in the community and is emphatic about doing the job right or not doing it at all and feels that honesty and integrity are not negotiable. He founded Lincoln Financial Services, Inc. in 1976 with the philosophy of assisting his clients (primarily successful businesses and individuals) in making wise financial decisions on the basis of recommending what he would do if he were them. This old-fashioned philosophy has proven itself through his long term clients' successes.

Sabrina comes to us as a graduate from Colorado University with a degree in English Literature and a previous junior associate at a tax resolution firm. In her role as administrative assistant, she is studying to become an insurance broker as well as handling in-office and client needs. At Lincoln Financial Services, Inc., she brings a fresh perspective to situations as well as a certain eye for detail and human relationships.
During her free time, Sabrina enjoys playing with her Alaskan Malamute puppy, Xander, and her tuxedo cat, Delilah Lee. She can constantly be found reading, knitting, practicing yoga, and has recently found a love for hiking. Sabrina's big passion is being happy, and she works every day to try and be a positive influence in the world around her.
