Mikrotik is a Latvian manufacture of wireless and networking devices using the Linux based Mikrotik Router OS. They have a wide variety of products which ranges from routers, switches and wireless devices for the home, small office and the corporate infrastructures. Businesses such as high speed backbone providers (such as ISP, WISP) uses Mikrotik equipment such as the new Cloud Core Router which can provide up to 24 million packets per second forwarding rate.
