Brian Shew is an experienced Project Manager / Estimator with a BA Degree from the University of Washington and over 10 years of experience in commercial, retail and residential construction. Brian comes from a construction background which affords him the unique ability to communicate concisely with suppliers and contractors to produce an impeccably finished product. Brian takes great pride in his work and is passionate about delivering the uncompromising quality that clients of Innovative Millwork Solutions have come to expect.
Jesse began his Finish Carpentry Career in 1993 and after 23 years running work and installing beautiful projects around the Pacific Northwest, he joined the office staff here at IMS as an Estimator / Project Manager. With Jesse's extensive background in the field, he understands the importance of quality work being completed safely in a timely manor, and his commitment to customer service makes him a valued member of the IMS team.

In 1996, Shannon created IRG Physical and Hand Therapy, Inc., which has become an industry leader in outpatient Physical and Hand Therapy from its 45 clinics spread out through the Northwest. He brings that experience to IMS where he will build another company dedicated to the best service for wood work and finished carpentry business.
Willy started his career in the early 80's in Germany, with manufacturing / installing custom made cabinets, wood panels, doors and frames etc. (what you build, you install). He came to the United States in the early 90's and brought his knowledge with him. He worked in the field for over 10 years before he got pulled into the office to Estimate and Project Manage. He has been estimating / project managed from small projects to million-dollar projects. Willy is well respected within the company as well as by GC's and Suppliers. His commitment to customer service is unique and makes him a valued member within the IMS team.
