Seshu Kumari is the Chief Financial Officer at Mold-Tek. She has over 25 years of experience in Financial and Accounting matters. As a Chief Financial Officer, she is responsible for the company's financial planning and analysis, including accounting, treasury, and budgetary functions. Support functions like legal, and administration also come under her purview.
A. Subramanyam, Deputy Managing Director of the company holds a bachelor's degree from Regional Engineering College, Suratkal. He completed a short term course in mould design and manufacturing from Central Institute of Plastic Engineering & Technology, (CIPET) Chennai. In 1986, he promoted Mold-Tek along with Mr. J Lakshmana Rao. He manages the overall functioning of all the plants and in- house tool room which plays a vital role in developing products for our rigid packaging business. With three decades of experience, he oversees in-house research and development division and in-house tool-room for designing and development of new products. He has developed in- house Robots and introduced IML with Robotic Technology, which has given the company a platform to develop IML Products for the first time in India.

Janumahanti Lakshmana Rao is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. He also holds a post graduate diploma in management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, specializing in marketing and finance areas. He promoted Mold-Tek in 1985-86 with an overall project cost of USD 5.5 million. He has over 36 years of work experience. Under his leadership, Mold-tek went for public issue in 1993 and is listed on BSE & NSE, along with raising capital for expansions through QIP (MTPL) in 2021 with some of the top investors in India. Under his leadership, Mold Tek has become India's largest Injection Molding Company with 10 well-equipped plants across the country and with a diversified customer base of the world's finest brands in paints, lubricants and Food & FMCG. He has introduced many innovations and revolutionized the packaging industry in India, with revenue of around Rs. 7,300 Million for the Financial Year 2022-23. He is also Chairman & Managing Director of Mold-Tek Technologies Limited, a KPO providing Engineering services in Civil, Structural and Mechanical Engineering services to its clients located across the globe.
Kavya manages the Sales and Marketing Division at Mold-Tek. With over 5years of core sales experience and knowledge in digital marketing as well as lead generation, she is instrumental in engaging clients through various channels and managing the inside sales division. She holds an MBA in Sales and Marketing from SIBM, Pune.
M Srinivas is the whole- time Director and manages all ten manufacturing plants.With over 34 years of association with Mold-Tek packaging limited, he handles the Planning, Production, Maintenance, Delivery and Product Development. His expertise lies in plastic processing and Engineering. He holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad
P. Venkateswara Rao holds a PG Diploma in Material Management. He is the Deputy Managing Director at Mold-Tek. He has over 43 years of work experience in the field of material management and project execution and coordination. He is in charge of overall marketing and commercial activities of the Company.
Rana holds an MBA in Marketing & Operations from IIM Lucknow and a bachelor's degree in Engineering from IIT, Delhi.. At Mold-Tek, he manages Strategic Initiatives & Business Development while identifying new areas of growth in Packaging including new product development. He is instrumental in diversifying the Company into IBM products which is a huge business opportunity. He has over 10 years of experience in identifying high potential growth areas & arriving at business solutions to real problems,
Sundeep holds an Engineering Degree (Electronics) from NIT and started his career in a leading IT Consulting firm for 2 years. Later, after completing his MBA (Finance & Operations) from Purdue University, he moved into Management Consulting, Projects Execution and Enterprise Digital Transformation. At Mold-Tek, he manages MIS, production planning, material planning, sales forecasting, costing / margin analysis apart from new projects implementation. In addition he also monitors project viability and costing to ensure proper use of the Company's funds. He has over 12 years of experience in identifying & arriving at business solutions to real problems.
