Andrew Cooper is a founding member of Mohen Cooper LLC with over 30 years of experience in representing clients, often in the capacity of General Counsel with responsibilities at every management and supervisory level. These responsibilities included risk management, consulting, litigation and corporate transactions, patent, trademark, construction and bankruptcy. His representative clients span a wide range of industries, from Fortune 500 companies, to the salty snack food and beverage industry, brewery and cannabis, colleges and universities, as well as major manufacturers and retailers. Mr. Cooper's representation of the construction industry includes building owners and developers, as well as contractors and subcontractors in construction related litigation and arbitrations and business transactions. His healthcare practice includes representing a diverse cross-section of health care providers including physician groups, hospitals, physician/hospital organizations, independent practice associations, diagnostic and treatment centers, office-based and ambulatory surgery centers, effectively acting as general counsel counsel in all aspects of business operations including transactions, employment, human resources, and litigation matters. Andrew earned his Bachelors of Business Administration in Public Accounting from Hofstra University (B.B.A., 1986), where he was a member of Beta Alpha Psi (Accounting Honor Society). He received his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 1989, where he was on the Editorial Board of the Hofstra Law Review, Volume 17, 1988-1989. Andrew went on to a Federal Clerkship with the Honorable Thomas J. McAvoy, United States District Judge, Northern District of New York and, thereafter, obtained a Masters of Law from New York University School of Law (LLM, 1994). Notwithstanding his busy practice and trial schedule, Andrew always found time to stay active in his community, as well as other extra-curricular activities. He was the Head Coach of Hofstra University's Men's Rugby Team from 2013 - 2015 and currently maintains a USA Rugby, Level 2 Coaching License. Andrew is a Past-President of the Merrick PAL Soccer League, and founder of the Merrick PAL Developmental Soccer Program, as well as a soccer coach holding a LIJSL "C" License/NSCAA State Diploma (Level 3) (US Soccer Level "E" equivalent). Mr. Cooper is a Past President of the Bellmore-Merrick Bulldogs Hockey Club, a position he had occupied from 2011 - 2017. Mr. Cooper also coached in the Massapequa Coastal Baseball League's Challenger Division. Further, Andrew is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he has taught Foundational Lawyering Skills since 2015. Andrew was also featured in Long Island Business News, Who's Who in Healthcare Law, June 6-12, 2014, Vol. 61, No. 24, and has been named to New York's "Super Lawyers" list as one of the top Healthcare lawyers in the New York for the last 8 years (2013 - 2020). Andrew is admitted to practice law in all courts in the States of New York, New Jersey and Florida, before the federal courts in the Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey and the Southern District of Florida.

Joseph Donlon focuses his practice on Wills, Trusts, & Estates, with more than 15 years of advisory experience to clients in complex matters. His client base is wide-ranging, and he serves entrepreneurs and business leaders. Joe specializes in the development of Special Needs Trusts, and he works with small and mid-size business owners on succession planning including buy/sell agreements and intra-family transfers. Licensed to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey, he received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law where he was a member of the International Law Journal. A graduate of the Honors College at Adelphi University, he served as co-founder and editor-in-chief of Symposium, a student academic journal. Josh Rosenblum was born in Brooklyn, New York on November 26, 1962. He attended college at the State University of New York at Binghamton, Harper College which he graduated from in May 1984. He was employed by the law firm of Gutman, Mintz, Baker and Sonnenfeltd, PC as a law clerk until his admission to the New York Bar (1989) and thereafter remained in their employ as an attorney through August 1993. He was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in (1989), The Federal Courts of the Southern (2012) and Eastern (2012) Districts of New York. He attended law school at the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Law and graduated in May 1988.
