Al Pape

Al is the President of Connectivity and Power Solutions division of GCG, a world leader in connectivity. In addition, Al serves on the board of Polymer Solutions Group, an innovative manufacturer of polymer additives and specialty dispersions. Prior to that, he spent nearly 20 years working at several leading chemical and materials companies in commercial and leadership roles. Al earned his bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Moravian College where he is now serving as a Trustee. He also earned an MBA from the University of Rhode Island. Al joined the Montgomery Board of Trustees in 2023 and serves on the Finance & Operations and Cultivation Committees. He and his wife, Carrie, live in Chester Springs with their daughter Ellery '22 and son Gus '29, as well as a lab named Otis who loves the pickup line at Monty!

Amy Chang

Originally from Montgomery County, Dr. Chang Graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2000 with a degree in Molecular Biology. She earned her M.D. from Temple University Medical School in 2004 and completed an Internal Medicine residency and Infectious Diseases fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in 2009. She works part-time as an Infectious Diseases physician at the Wilmington VA Medical Center and per diem at PENN-Chester County Hospital. She currently resides in Chester Springs with her daughter Penny, who attends Montgomery School, and her husband, Jerry Lee, a Pediatrician in Reading, PA.

Audrey Porter

Audrey Porter is an alumna of Montgomery School. She was a member of the last graduating class in 1988 at the Wynnewood campus and has maintained lifelong friendships with her classmates. She has been a member of the board since 2019. Her daughter, Ashlyn is also an alumna having graduated in 2020. Audrey earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Fairfield University in Connecticut. She has been involved in HR technology and software consulting for the past 20 years, most recently with Mastek, Inc. Audrey lives in West Chester, PA with her husband, Eric & daughter, Ashlyn ('20).

Audrey Stackhouse

A proud graduate of Temple University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Audrey spent 25 years in financial services marketing in the US, and for a brief time, launching new product lines in Luxembourg where she worked and lived. Audrey continues to employ her marketing experience and entrepreneurial initiatives locally, including start up businesses. Audrey resides in Malvern, PA, with her husband Jonathan and teenage son Keehan, who is a year round lacrosse and football player. They spend most weekends on sports fields cheering him on. Aside from spending time with family, Audrey also enjoys travel, the beach, volunteering in the community and spoiling the family dog, Piper.

In addition, Doug is a founding Partner, CFO and COO of Nexeption, LLC, a company that provides development and management services to its portfolio of pharmaceutical companies. Between 2004 and 2013, Doug held the CFO position at Ception Therapeutics and then Ceptaris Therapeutics. Prior to that, he spent nearly 20 years working at a number of commercial and investment banking institutions in the Midwest. A native of Wisconsin, he earned his bachelor's degree in Finance, Investments and Banking from the University of Wisconsin - Madison before earning his MBA from the University of Chicago. Doug joined the Montgomery Board of Trustees in 2015 and served on the Finance Committee in the 2015-16 school year. Doug currently serves on the Executive Committee and as Co-Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee. He and his wife, Jean, live in Chester Springs with their son Fritz (Montgomery School '15), daughter Ava (Montgomery School '17) and golden doodle Lucy.

Joshua Stewart

Joshua Stewart is a 1992 alumnus of Montgomery School, arriving the second year the school moved to it's Chester Springs location. Professionally, he is a Market Development Executive at Capgemini, N.A., a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services. A 2001 Graduate of the US Naval Academy, Joshua is a 12-year veteran of the US Navy where he served as a Nuclear-Submarine Officer on two forward-deployed fast-attack submarines. His shore tours included teaching Leadership and Ethics at the US Naval Academy, and standing up a capstone practicum for submarine-bound midshipmen. He holds a BS from the Naval Academy, MS in Human Resource Development and Leadership from the Naval Postgraduate School, and an MBA from Penn State. As a veteran, Joshua acts as a Character Ambassador for the Travis Manion Foundation. TMF empowers veterans and families of fallen heroes to develop character in future generations. He, his wife Kelly, and children, Lincoln ('25) and Jasmine ('26), reside in Chester Springs, PA.

Morreen earned her Bachelor's in Business Administration from University of New Hampshire and also holds a Master's in Education with a focus on Education and Instructional Design from Pennsylvania State University. An advocate for giving back, Morreen and her family have been recognized as a top fundraiser for Alex's Lemonade Stand (a children's cancer research foundation) and have raised nearly $230,000 in the past 14 years. Morreen is fortunate to manage the Michael B. Rukin Charitable Foundation in memory of her father which furthers her interest in philanthropy. She also co-authored Dream, Inc. - Million Dollar Business Strategies from 32 Successful Philadelphia-Area Entrepreneurs. The Philadelphia Business Journal recognized Morreen as one of the Women of Distinction in 2007 and she was recognized as one of Pennsylvania's "Best 50 Women in Business" in 2009. Niall has lived and worked in Ireland, England, Germany and the United States of America. Niall worked for a variety of healthcare and technology companies in a variety of technical and managerial roles before starting e4, a Healthcare Consulting Firm, in 2006. e4 employs approximately 300 people and is based out of Reading, PA. She is a past Co-Chair of the Annual Fund. Staci is a Managing Director at Storbeck Search | Diversified Search Group in Philadelphia.
