Michael received an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in Housing & Real Estate Management from the University of Guelph in 1995. Prior to receiving his degree, Michael worked for a property management company and also a Toronto brokerage firm, providing him with invaluable experience and insight to the marketplace. With the vision to provide expert services to southwestern Ontario's commercial property owners and users, Michael founded Park Capital Inc. in 1995. Since that time, Park Capital Inc. has been involved in all types of transactions, ranging from industrial land sales, to office/retail/industrial sales and leasing, to multi-residential development. In 2012, Park Capital Inc. joined the NAI Global network as NAI Park Capital, representing the network's interests in the southwestern Ontario region. Michael is an active volunteer, sitting on various committees at the Guelph & District Real Estate Board, as well as being on its Board of Directors in 2002. Since receiving his CCIM designation in 2011, he also served on CCIM Central Canada Chapter's Board of Directors as chair of the Education Commitee from 2012-2016. Michael is fluent in German and provides investor-clients from the german speaking countries with property management, leasing, acquisition/disposition, and consulting services.
