Alain Eschalier is founding President of the private-public cluster named Analgesia Partnership focused on innovation against pain and of the foundation Institute Analgesia. This foundation develops and supports research programs to help chronic pain patients through a strategy based on e-health and artificial intelligence, improve pharmacological innovation and inform patients and physicians on pain strategies. Alain Eschalier was involved in the creation of two startups on pain.
Alain Eschalier was President of the University of Auvergne after being Vice-President for research for eight years. Among other charges, he was President of the local ethical committee for clinical research, President of the hospital's committee to fight pain and head of the pain clinic at the university hospital in Clermont-Ferrand, member of the specialized scientific committee for Neurosciences at Inserm and of the national committee of Universities (for pharmacology). Expert for various national and international public structures, he was and is member of several boards of pharmaceutical companies.
Andre Ghetti, PhD, is CEO of AnaBios. He was formerly the President of AVIVA Biosciences where he led the growth of the company into drug discovery services and intellectual property commercialization.
Prior to joining AVIVA Biosciences, Dr. Ghetti was involved in drug discovery programs at Aurora Biosciences, and later at Vertex Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Ghetti received his Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Physiology from the University of Verona (Italy) and completed his postdoctoral training at the California Institute of Technology.
From 1996 to 2001, Dr. Ghetti worked as a staff scientist at the Salk Institute, in La Jolla, California. During the last several years, he has focused on the creation of new tools and strategies to advance biomedical sciences, with special emphasis on enabling the direct study of human biology and pharmacology to accelerate the rate of successful drug discovery and development.

Bob Petroski completed his PhD in Pharmacology and postdoctoral training in the Molecular Neurobiology Laboratory at the Salk Institute.
Bob has over twenty years of drug discovery experience in biotech and has an extensive working knowledge of neurophysiology, neuropharmacology and behavior. He is an expert in the electrophysiological techniques used to study ion channels, neuronal excitability and synaptic transmission.
Bob is an experienced project team leader, coordinating multidisciplinary efforts from target identification and validation, compound screening and lead optimization, in vitro pharmacology, DMPK, in vivo pharmacology, receptor occupancy, PK-PD, and safety pharmacology.
In additio to being an experimented scientific liaison for Neuroservices-Alliance, Bob Petroski is responsible for the Neuroservice USA laboratory operations, where he oversess the Patch Clamp and Calcium Imaging studies.

Bruno BUISSON is a neurophysiologist and neuropharmacologist with 30 years of experience in research projects both in academic laboratories and pharma/biotech companies. Bruno was trained as a biochemist (MsScience) and turned to electrophysiology along his PhD.

Cyril Herry, PhD, is a behavioral neurophysiologist and is the co-coordinator of the OptoPath platform.
His laboratory's research is focused on the identification of the neuronal circuits and mechanisms mediating aversive associative learning. Using a combination of state of the art, behavioral, single unit and local field potential recordings, optogenetic and anatomical tracing, Cyril's lab aims to decipher the specific neuronal elements, circuits and mechanisms involved in the control of fear behavior and to understand how alteration in such circuits promotes the development of pathological fear behavior.

Dr. Julien Allard is the founder and CEO of E-Phys, a french CRO specialized in preclinical electrophysiology in anaesthetised rodents.
He is a senior scientist with more than 10 years of experience as an academic researcher and in the drug discovery industry. Dr. Allard holds a Master's Degree in biochemistry and Neuroscience, and a PhD in Neuroscience where he focused on pharmacology and molecular biology.
Dr. Allard worked for Pfizer Global Research and Development (in Sandwich, UK, from 2006 to 2011), where his work had strong emphasis on Pain drug development: he developed in vivo electrophysiology models in mice for various discovery programs.

Fabrice Trovero is a Neurobiologist with more than 25 years of experience in research and preclinical development.
He is the co-founder and General Manager of Key-Obs.
He has managed hundreds of preclinical studies in the field of addiction, psychiatry, neurodegenerative disorders. Due to his contribution in collaborative projects including academic and industrial partners (European project, National agency of Research, biotech and industrial projects), FT has a great experience and good critical track record in translational research in brain diseases, from target to the market in pharmaceutical industry.

Najah Abi-Gerges, PhD, is Vice President of Research & Development at AnaBios. Dr. Abi-Gerges holds a MSc in Physiology and Pharmacology from the University of Poitiers (France) and a PhD in Cardiac Physiology from Paris XI University (France). Prior to joining AnaBios, Dr. Abi-Gerges was involved in drug discovery programs at AstraZeneca plc.
With over 17 years in the pharmaceutical industry, he is an innovative leader, having made substantial contributions to drug approvals (like Tagrisso , a treatment for metastatic EGFR T790M mutation-positive non-small cell lung cancer), research across several areas of cardiac physiology and pharmacology resulting in over 40 published peer-reviewed articles, and novel paradigms to advance cardiovascular translational science.
Dr Abi-Gerges is the Editor for the Journal of Pharmacological and Toxicological Methods, and is also a reviewer for more than 20 peer-reviewed scientific journals and review judge panel for various science institutes and foundations. Dr. Abi-Gerges is co-chair of the ion channel group in the CiPA initiative.

Raymond Price, PhD, MBA, has a strong Neuroscientific and Business background (PHD + MBA) and a solid experience in neuronal culture.
He also has a strong and successful Business experience in USA, France and in Japan where he lived several years.
Raymond Price is responsible for increasing sales and managing collaborative R&D agreements for Neuroservices-Alliance as part of the commercial team.
He has worked at both startups and established companies to form partnerships in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, including with other CROs, service providers, rare disease advocates and foundations, and others, and understands the value of the work Neuroservice Alliance's platform has to the industry.
He has an MBA from INSEAD (2009), and has work experience in Japan (4 years), the US (15 years), and France (2 years). He also has a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from Vanderbilt University and extensive R&D experience. Finally, he is the founder and owner of a small business that offers solutions services (business plan development, medical writing and editing) for non-native English speakers, with global clients in more than 10 countries.
